Liked: right next to the train station

Disliked: breakfast was limited, more like a hostel breakfast than a 3 star hotel breakfast. wifi was broken for three days out of four.

Liked: Perfect location and a small but very nice room!

Disliked: The worst coffee we had in Italy was in this Hotel!

Liked: The hotel is very close to the station. In 1 minute you are at the station. Next to the hotel are good restaurants for a good price. The employees speak English and the breakfast is ok.

Disliked: The breakfast is not very good but I think you can not aspect more for this good price. The only dislike point I can think of is that the room is not so big. The hotel is located at the Garabaldi piazza. During the day there is noise from the piazza because they are making a subway underneath the ground.

Liked: Location was good.Very convenient next to the train station and Alibus station.

Disliked: No COLD WATER during summer. HIgh stairs. Lack of information from the receptionists.

Liked: good price, easy to get to from the airport, very close to the train station (convenient if you want to go to pompeii or vesuvius), friendly staff

Liked: Great location next to train station (for sorrento, pompeii, etc etc) and about 30 mins walk from harbour. Simple and basic but that's what youre paying for. Staff were nice and helpful, room was small but clean.

Liked: Very close to train station. Comfortable bed. Close to lots of good restaurants.

Disliked: Had a single room with a TV that barely worked. It kept losing the signal and going all scratchy. The shower head was clogged and didn't work. I had to remove it and take a shower using just the hose. Toilet paper wasn't stocked, only ~9 sheets left on the roll. Classy.

Liked: very good location

Disliked: There is no free wi fi access. It cost 3 euro per hour. The place where they serve breakfast is not so clean. There are no enough dishes and food for all guests of the hotel.

Liked: Cheap as a hostel but all the quality of a hotel, pleasantly surprised!

Disliked: Location is very convenient during the day, next to the central station and good connections. But, during the night it's not a very nice/safe area.

Liked: its in good location, easy to find, low charges as compared to the facilities provided and quality of the Hotel.Breakfast was also very good. staff is kind and supporting.

Liked: Handy location if you need to get to the airport for an early flight. And really easy if you are arriving by train as it is right in the middle of the square, though the "street numbering" is a little tricky to follow, it is off to the left as you exit the station. The preakfast is basic but adequate and includes a real coffee (proper expresso)

Disliked: The bathroom was a little small and the drain didn't really drain, well not very quickly. There is only internet in the bar and you need to buy a drink to use it, but the

Liked: An excellent location in Naples and value for money including breakfast . Great for those travellers who want private, quiet, clean and good value accommodation in an excellent location. It is less suitable for travellers who want to meet others and to party.

Liked: They seemed unaware of my booking when I arrived.There were only two spoons available for all the guests at breakfast.I was allowed a second cup of coffee at breakfast as a favour. "you are only meant to have one cup". I did not get a third cup.
