Liked: Absolutely unfriendly staff. If you need some help from them, forget about it. All the questions about internet, supermarket, ticket office, city map etc are replied "go to the tourist information, go to Piazza Garibaldi". They do not accept credit cards. A bit noisy as the doors are likely made of carton. Located near railway station, which is convenient for those who wold like to go to Pompeii, Herculaneum, etc. To get to downtown, you need to take bus. Rooms are rather big and clean, but for this money we get much better facilities in Florence.

Liked: The neighborhood was not nice and the staff wasn't helpful at all. But the room was nice (although a little small) and the place was clean.

Liked: The room was awesome it had an elephant theme to it. It had great charm and when we got back after a long day it was clean, it had chocolate candies in a dish and they gave an Easter present to each guest due to the holiday. Great stay, great trip! It was right next to the train station so it was convenient for day trips.

Liked: Nice and close to the main train station. Lots of food places etc near by including a supermarket. Was in a slightly dodgy area, but didn't feel too bad. I'd probably stay there again for the location and price. Down side was no kitchen.

Liked: Nice quiet hotel, good value for money for double room with shared bathroom. Management friendly, no security box in the room for valuables though. Overall clean, tidy, within easy walking distance from the station. Good value for a short stay.

Liked: this hostel is really close to the train station, which made it a good base for us. also within a few minutes walk of the famous da michelle pizzeria, which is a must for any visit to napoli!
