Liked: Very clean, room and the hotel. It's obviously been modernised recently. Reception staff friendly and helpfull, on 24 hours, Good location very near metro, restaurant and cafe. Main street metres away.

Disliked: The walls must be a bit thin, when my nejghbour had a late shower the sound of the running water was too loud for such a late hour. I was charged twice for the deposit, once on booking and it was not taken off when I checked out. I have heard this and seen more than once. Hostelbookers must take some of the blame for this. The addition of internet access would be very helpful

Liked: I really liked the location! The room was clean, with very good bathroom. It's a very nice hotel!

Disliked: For the price we paid, the breakfast could be free!

Liked: the location is good the receptionists speak english, and also french, and italian of course

Disliked: i had a great difficulty to plug in the plug of my computer..... the sockets are a bit small the 4th floor is under renovation

Disliked: not very clean, my room was very small and uncomfortable, staff not very nice and helpful, internet connection slow and expensive

Liked: Close to the metro and railway station, near to the park. Room is not big but nice and comfortable. Friendly staff. We arrived late and were very tired. The check in was the fastest i ever had!

Liked: Well we didnt actually get to stay at this hotel since they overbooked. We were sent to another hotel by their driver. the other hotel in was in a dodgyer looking part of town closer to the bus stops. We were annoyed as there was no notification of this change till we got to the hotel, that and the hotel they sent us to was not as nice and theirs looked but it cost us the same price.

Liked: The owner is very friendly and the hotel live up to the name. Located centrally and easily access to tourist location via underground which is very near. Excellent place to stay!!A little comment about the toilet: should separate the shower area from the dry area. Otherwise overall is very good and we are very happy to select this hotel.

Liked: Its basically a hotel. Had a nice room to myself with my own bathroom. Also had a balcony off my room, but do not think that is standard for all rooms. Its close to some shopping areas, but about a 10 minute walk before anything major.

Liked: there was a TV in the room. The room was very clean. However, the location is not that good. Though it's near the metrostation of Lima, it's still a little bit far away from the city centre.
