Liked: The room is very comfort and the staff is friendliness.

Liked: Very good location, easy to find. Breakfast was a bit expensive but very tasty. Good thing is that you could leave your bags at the reception, after you check out, and pick them up later.

Disliked: It's not that i disliked it a lot, but it was kind of irritating, - the shower. The bathroom itself looked clean and fresh, but the bathtub and the shower itself was kind of old and not all was functioning in it as it should. And in our room for 4 people there was only one shampoo bottle and one shower gel and other bathroom stuff was in the amount of only one peace each, for us, four girls, obviously not enough, or for any four people.

Liked: Very hospitable staff!

Disliked: Some facilities are in a catastrophic condition (showerheads, bathroom shelves,...).

Liked: The hotel is very well located, five o six blocks from the Central Station, near to the metro and 20 minutes away walking from the Dome square. It's nice and clean, we had a tripple room and it was very good and had a view to the back garden. Staff is gentil and helpful.

Disliked: Nothing to complain about

Liked: Location and cleanliness.

Disliked: cramped room, poor shower controls, additional charge sought to use air conditioning - which was refused!!!!!

Liked: the position is very good...room and bathroom are clean and the staffs are friendly, even at midnight

Disliked: we stayed only one night and we did not find anything wrong, probably a fan or an a/c could have been provided to survive th extremely hot weather

Liked: The room was basic but fine for one night's stay prior to an early morning flight. It is about a 10minute walk from the train station. Would recommend if you are looking for a cheap hotel to stay in for 1 night, but if you want a lengthier stay, you might like to look elsewhere.

Disliked: No issues.

Disliked: Too many conditions in here such as, 1.If u come after 17.00 they will deposit your money from credit card. 2.If u want to have air-condition ,you have to pay more 10euro/room. 3.no elevator 4.Don't use table and chair behind the hotel. 5.no friendly. 6.too bad to stay.

Liked: It was near to the Milano Centrale Train Station. Place was clean and rather spacious.

Liked: Nice little hotel, good located.. recommend in any case..

Disliked: in the morning the alarm clock,,,, dogs outside, shouting early in the morning at 7 :-(( - the bed was squeaking...

Liked: The location was good as far as being close to the train station however right across the street was a very sketchy park that seemed to be the homeless hangout.

Disliked: Cots for beds, A/C was 10 euro per night and if windows are left open, you can expect to be eaten alive by mosquito's. If you book a private room rest assure you will not rest due to how extremely loud it will be all throughout the night and into the next day. Staff knew hardly any English.

Liked: I would not reccommend this property - there are better places to stay in Milan for the same amount or perhaps even cheaper.

Disliked: They charge 5 euros a day for wi-fi. No breakfast. It was not that clean. The staff was not friendly. The only good thing about it was that it was near the train station and near the city center.

Liked: very close to the cental station and the bus the airports just in the front of the train station, so it has a really good position. The host is kind and intersting. The most important is they can speak english!!!!

Disliked: a bit noisy in the morning.
