Liked: friendly and clean atmosphere

Disliked: no free wifi, you need to pay more. But I got it free because the host was kind and gave it for FREE :D

Liked: location, staff was friendly, nice decoration, cleanliness

Disliked: poor breakfast in a tiny room, no window in our room (there was, but it was shut so you couldn't see through it), thin walls (you could hear the noises from the neighboring rooms)

Disliked: A BIT NOISY IN THE MORNING WITH OTHER GUESTS MAKING NOISE AT RECEPTION AND NEARBY BREAKFAST AREA

Liked: Muuuuuuuuito limpo, um dos mais limpos de todos os que reservei nessas férias. Confortável, realmente próximo da estação, tem restaurantes por perto.... Apesar de longe da Duomo (tem que pegar metrô, mas é bem tranquilo) a região é tranquila e agradável. Tem um computador com internet para emergências, mas, pagando 5 euros dá pra usar wifi.

Disliked: O café da manhã é preparado pelos funcionários da recepção, nem todos sabem mexer na máquina de café... em um dos dias tomei café frio. Mas quanto a limpeza não posso reclamar.

Liked: safe, very clean and nice staff.. also its location is very good, you can use metro to go every part of milano.. the decoration is also good..

Disliked: The luggage storage wasn't very safe - they just told us to leave our bags in the hallway so anyone could have walked off with them to be honest

Liked: it is a hotel with free breakfast. THe best hotel i lived in Italy.I love there so much....so clean and value for money!!:)If having chance, will live there again!!!

Liked: I chose this property because of its proximity to the train station. If I had stayed longer in Milan, I would have booked a hostel in the city center. The hostel was good for my purposes, but it was a little dark and cheerless.

Liked: Nice ensuite rooms, very close to the train station. But does not offer self-catering facilities or a bar like it states on HostelBookers - bit annoying.

Liked: Location was excellent - walking distance from Central Station.Room was very noisy as it was just outside the 'dining room' - but we were so tired it didn't matter. Staff were very friendly and helpful - allowed us to leave our luggage there all day after we checked out. Free internet in reception was helpful.
