Liked: This hotel is good value for money (paid less than 100 EUR for 2 nights stay in single ensuite) - the staff is friendly and always at your service, you have unlimited free internet access, and the breakfast offer is good (includes eggs, cereals, bread, fruits, cakes...). Only things is that you have to count on travelling by public transport to reach hotel (Milan is very well connected though).

Disliked: They have used some kind of air refresher , which I did not enjoy, but once I realized that the smell is mainly from bed cover I just took it aside for all my stay and kept window open (this helped)

Liked: I needed to change my room type the night before and the staff willingly helped me. The hotel is located at an ideal location (near the bus stop and metro), away from the central station which is unclean and dirty. There is wifi, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is good :)

Disliked: Angela Cheska left no negative feedback.

Liked: The staff was really nice. I accidentally booked a date later but they were able to accommodate me. I just called and they emailed me the confirmation in 20 minutes. It was clean and good value for the money. The breakfast was really nice too.

Disliked: I didn't dislike anything. The only inconvenience was that the shower and the sink was in the room, but the toilet was outside. I had to lock and unlock the door every time I had to go to the bathroom.

Liked: My friend and I stayed in a private twin room with shared bathroom. The room was of a decent size, very clean, tidy, and had a cozy atmosphere. The beds were comfortable. Four clean towels were offered free of charge, and even though the bathroom was shared, it was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly: they happily printed our boarding passes when we asked and were always smiling. The free continental buffet breakfast was fantastic, with eggs, ham, cereal, and a variety of pastries. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disliked: The hotel was not as centrally located as we preferred it to be, but other than that, everything was fantastic.

Liked: Great breakfast, helpful and attentive staff, spacious room. A pleasant stay for even budget travellers.

Disliked: it wasn't located quite as centrally as we'd have liked, but it was definitely easy to reach.

Liked: A beautiful garden to sit in. Great variety of breakfast. Very friendly staff who spoke perfect English.

Disliked: For our particular room there was no en-suite bathroom which wasn't overtly clear when I booked the room. However, the bathroom was very clean and we only shared it with one other person.

Liked: The rooms and bathroom were clean and the place had a nice and clean smell and the area felt safe.

Disliked: The room was a little narrow as it was placed under a staircase.

Liked: Antonio the manager was very helpful and considerate! The location is about a 25 minute walking distance from the Duomo and 7 minutes walking to Buenos Aires where the shopping is. Very clean.

Liked: very neat & clean. it is more like a hotel then a hostel, shared bathroom. though traveling solo was given a double bed, which was nice has lovely garden sitting area outside. very nice breakfast with western ty-pe b-fast, much variety. bus stop relatively close walking distance. very accommodating staff.

Disliked: mosquitos are terrible-but the operator used mosquito coils the first eveing. opertor of hotel was a bit overly friendly, was being fresh.

Liked: Location is good, bus stop exactly near the Hotel and Metro within 5minute walk, and It's around 30min walk to Stazzione Centrale which is not bad either.

Disliked: Room was too small to fit 4 persons.

Liked: Location was super convenient (both from train station and to other primary destinations in Milan), being able to rent a bike (great way to explore the city!) the staff was really helpful.

Disliked: I don't have any complaints.

Liked: It was like a hotel. We even had a bar fridge in our room. The beds were very comfortable and it didn't really feel like a hostel at all, just a small hotel. The receptionists are really nice and are very easy to talk to.

Disliked: There's really only one computer that works and that's the Mac. The PC has many freezing issues and it seems the only way you can login is by asking one of the receptionists. Unfortunately, there are only two computers available. The continental breakfast is delicious and you have so many choices starting from marmalade croissants to scrambled eggs.

Liked: It is very close to Milans main attractions (the duomo) and other important areas like Centrale station.

Disliked: Construction work started at 7 AM. It was loud and woke me up. This should be communicated in advance.

Liked: I stayed in this hotel (not hostel) with a friend after having a nightmare of an experience at a cheap hostel. This place was like heaven! The rooms are very nice, bathrooms are large (and come with towels!), the staff is incredibly friendly, and breakfast was delicious (and actually included in the price).

Disliked: A bit out of the way of the main sights in Milan.

Liked: The room is clean and the manager is really nice. The breakfast is great. I love this place because there are not so many people staying there. And it is pretty safe.

Disliked: One of the staff can speak english but she spoke just italian to my frd and kind of ignore me totally when discussing the room rates. The location..well is a bit too far from the Metro like 20 mins or somehow more.

Liked: Really lovely people who couldn't help us enough - even upgraded our room for us to suit us better. Gorgeous rooms - you really wouldn't believe it for the price! Lovely hotel!

Disliked: Didn't really meet many people there, relatively quiet.
