Liked: The location of the hostel is very good. The bathroom was cleaned every day.

Disliked: We had rainy days in Milan, the heating system was not turn on, there was really cold. Sometimes the landlord's family was very loud in the night at about half past 12... the blanket was very smelly.

Liked: Location is very very good, very close to city center and train station. But the adress description is not enough. You should ask someone if you can find an Englis speaker which is very hard in Itlay.

Disliked: Beds are not so comfortable.And the isolation of rooms is not effective in terms of noise.

Liked: Good location.

Disliked: The room was very noisy especially at night and in the morning.It is not a very clean place. I didn''t like the smell . There is just 1 toilette! The room was very dark and I barely froze at night (it's october and there was no heating)!

Liked: The location was great close to bus station and metro station also close to the supermarket. The family that run the hotel were great so helpful. I think it was very good value for money.

Liked: The location is great and was very easy to find the hotel even though the directions weren't great. Very close to city centre and only about a 2minute walk from nearest metro station. Overall, defiantly a fine place to stay in Milan if you're on a budget.

Disliked: Didn't have a window we could open to cool the room down as it was very very hot, we just had a set of patio doors that we could open about 15cm.

Liked: I would definitely recommend this hostel. it has a good location not far from the central station and has a metro stop literally on its doorstep. the room was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Liked: Clean, huge rooms, a very convenient walk, pretty quiet too. The staff was helpful and always available. Would definitely go back.

Liked: Great location, within few steps from metro station. Vivid area - shops, restaurants, post office, traffic hub, close to Stazione Centrale. Friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: Dirty, stinky (cigarette smoke) room and dirty, stinky bathroom, only 1 toilette for 3 rooms (and up to 8 people!), toilette within the bathroom, "paper walls" - very noisy, especially at night and in the morning, you could literally hear every word from neighbors (including TV).

Liked: cozy environment; friendly and helpful hotel owner! Excellent location with easy access to the metro, central station and the city center. Big room and good facilities. Wireless Internet is cheap but a bit slow for watching something online.

Disliked: smoking-smelt duvet. I had to remove all the hair in the shower room on the very first day as water could not go away.

Liked: The hostel was great for what we needed. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was no toilet paper! But i'm sure if it had been a reasonable hour of the day they would have provided us with some.

Liked: Este hostel tem um unico problema, o preço. Mas em Milão nao se encontra muito melhor. Correu tudo bem e o Staff foi muito util para nossa estadia
