Liked: The hotel was clean and nice, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent 2 star hotel near the center of Milan.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Room was nice! Breakfast was good!

Disliked: Man on reception friends turned up one night and were very noisey until about 1 in morning!

Liked: Extremely friendly reception. My companion and I were both sick, but whenever I headed downstairs to ask questions, the receptionist would make me a cup of honey-lemon-tea. (which he explained to be a family recipe) Clean room, amazing bathroom, great WIFI. We were inclined to stay in the hostel and not head out. We were given a map with complete set of directions and highlights. Relatively easy to reach from the station. In one word: PERFECTION.

Disliked: Nothing! What was there to dislike?

Liked: Wifi was fast. Room/bathroom was clean. Reception was friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Room was too small (like a prison cell), but generally good enough for a short stay.

Liked: This is what I like best. My room got delayed till 7pm, and I was refunded 10 euros for it, and they really apologized for not giving me the room promptly. Also, the staff's really friendly and helped out with planning my itinerary for the day!

Disliked: Nothing much really! I like it.

Liked: The breakfast and the cleaning of the rooms.

Disliked: They take of your bank account the value of the first night, and in my case without advising. Be aware.

Liked: Staff was great.

Disliked: A little expensive when taking into account location and facilities offered. Based on the price I expected a better location.

Liked: The staff truly made my stay extremely comfortable, and i can safely say that they went out of their way to assist me in whatever way possible. More than that, they were friendly and generous and kind. After all, its the people that make an experience.

Disliked: I had some wifi problems with my Iphone because the network was not secure, but thankfully it worked on my laptop.

Liked: Hotel is on a small square with park, so the noise is a little lower than in average hotel in Milan:-)

Liked: It was the best place I could find within that budget and still being close to the city centre. Tram/Bus stop right outside the hotel. Lots of shops too.

Disliked: Quite old fashioned and small....but you get what you pay for!

Liked: Friendly guys at the front desk. Room was clean.

Liked: The staff was friendly(they gave me a bottle of wine when checking out). The room was clean. Also it wasn't to far of a walk from all the typical sightseeing stuff (you could have also took a bus but I like to walk)

Disliked: it wasn't a great place to meet other travelers. I was bymself so that was a little dissapointing.

Liked: very kind staff!!!! you will be really pleased from the time you enter till you leave. rooms are cleans, especially the toilets...staff is perfect...when i first read the reviews in here i l also didnt believe like you!, but everthing i write is true...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They offered coffee drinks in the evening when we came in at night and gave us a parting gift. The hotel is located with in walking distance of great shopping and the famous Duomo. The breakfast was fair, nothing to rave about, but descent. The free internet was a great welcome.

Disliked: The hotel had a strange smell. One morning a man walked in our room with a key. We were later told that he was there to fix the tv, but he never knocked on the door...and we heard him do the same to other rooms, never knocking. The bathroom was tiny.
