Accommodation Information

All our rooms are comfortable and equipped with satellite TV with international channels, Wi-Fi, and a balcony with a view of the park.
The Rex also features an internet point at reception and Wi-Fi access in all common areas.

For groups of students or young people under 27 years on arrival there is a deposit of 20.00 Euro per peroson, this to cover any damage caused by them. In case of damage deposit won't be refund . Any existing damage must be reported immediately upon arrival, reports made at departure WON'T BE CONSIDERED VALID THEREFORE DEPOSIT WON'T BE REFUND.

The rooms are suitable for room only and not to spend all day in case the group cause inconvenience to other customers, see nocturnal noises, running in the corridors, continuous passage from one room to another, feasting in the rooms, etc., carers are required to take action so that the group is behaving in a disciplined manner.
if the escorts won’t be able able to restore calm, the staff with the help of police, reserves the right to expel unruly groups members from the hotel.
As a penalty for inconvenience caused to the hotel and its guests, the management reserves the right to retain the total of the deposit previously paid by the group.
In all hotel rooms are strictly NO SMOKING.
If the group presents on arrival particularly malicious behaviour, the management reserves the right not to accept them. Any payments already received will in no case be reimbursed by the hotel.

The charges included groups and individuals through the PARITY RATES are inclusive of ROOM ONLY.

Breakfast will be prepared in the dining room groups, the time must be agreed with the staff upon arrival
the reception, breakfast room GROUP is open from 07:00 to 09:30. The service will be provided for the whole group at once.
The Group will find the table set with plates, cutlery and coffee cup and milk. In addition there will be always at the table for each person a brioche wrapped,
bread, biscuits, jam and butter. At the bar will be served pots containing tea, coffee and milk.

Location Information

The Hotel is near the yellow line metro’CORVETTO, only 6 tube stops far from
Piazza Duomo (10 minuts). The 7th stop leaves you in Montenapoleone street, the most famous street in the town for shopping. The yellow line takes you up to Stazione Centrale (the central station of Milan), which is also the terminus of the buses for the Milanese airports.
In front of the hotel there is the stop of the bus no. 95 which, in few minutes, leaves you in one of
the most characteristic Milanese area by night: the NAVIGLI area full of discopubs and typical street markets. The same bus connect us directly to FILAFORUM of Assago, SAN SIRO STADIUM, FIERA MILANO CITY, ROGOREDO stain station, and in few minuts connect the 3 metro’line (yellow,green and red).
