Disliked: ***The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful ***The room was too cold and there was only a little heater but every time we went to visit the city some body came to our room and turned off the Heater ***Very noisy and you can hear every sound in the corridor ***I booked an ensuite room but there was not shower in our room ***I had a bad memory of Milan because of staying in that hotel

Liked: Perfect location for the price, close to stores and the centre. It was warm and charming in those cold days in Milano.

Liked: Very close to tram, metro and buses. In reality you can even walk to Duomo (15-20 min). You can also walk to the Central Station (train) - app. 20-30 min. Rooms are clean.

Disliked: I spent 3 nights in 4 beds' dorm. Although we have a shower the owner asked us to use the other shower located on the corridor. There is aonly one key for the room so this is a problem if somebody locks in and you need to wake him up knocking.

Disliked: There was a little bit, but just a little bit strange smell.

Liked: Provides all the basics needed for backpackers and right by a metro station. Free WiFi. Very sociable rooms.

Disliked: There were no lockers, no computers, no lock on the bathroom door, the ensue toilet was broken and the shower didn't function well.

Liked: staff were very friendly, room itself was big and clean

Disliked: little bit difficult to find, but that may be because we were unfamiliar with Milan and couldn't speak Italian

Liked: The location is very good - between the central railway station (from where the buses to the airports depart) and the city centre. You can reach both the station in 15min (the are also trams). To get to the cathedral you need to walk perhaps 5min longer or use metro. It's a cheap hotel rather than hostel, so for example your linen is changed every day and you have this small packages of soap and shampoon in the bathroom. Nice, but of little importance.

Disliked: No lockers (would be more useful than shampoons) . Korean staff tries to be helfpul, but is hampered by their little knowledge of English.

Liked: it was nice nice little hostel very clean. the bathroom was very large and even had a bathtub. the room had these amazing shutters that blocked out ALL sunlight which was nice! the hostel was in a great location and we could walk everywhere or take the metro really quickly downtown. the rooms were really nice and small.

Disliked: there wasn't much in terms of tours or nightlife advertised at the hostel though so we had to google things ourselves. very small hostel so it wasnt ideal for meeting people in. it was also six floors up, we took the stairs every time but there was a VERY small elevator.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Kennedy very much. We thought it was very well situated, close to both the city center and the central train station. The staff was really friendly and helpfull and our room was very clean. It's a place to recommend during your stay in Milan!

Disliked: They didn´t change the towers in the room too often.

Disliked: the bed was very old and not comfortable.

Liked: The location was central.

Disliked: It is advertised as a hostel when it's essentially just a one star hotel with shared rooms. No common room, no bar, no chill out area, no kitchen, no bunk beds, no shared showers (just one shared bathroom), staff couldn't speak particularly good English so weren't much help other than bringing you a towel and showing you to your room. Very dull, very cramped elevator and reception, very boring.

Liked: Clean room, warm service. 24h reception

Disliked: No airconditioning, just a fan. Balcony with view on the street which was very noisy. TV with a bad reception
