Liked: OUr room was private and big which was nice for a change.

Disliked: Not friendly staff, couldnt speak english only Chinese. No atmosphere at all.

Liked: All of staffs were really kind and freindly and facilities were very clean and service was just great! If u bought a 24hr subway ticket, the location of hostel wont be matter because its only 3station away from Duomo and eaay to find hostel from p.venecia station! I haf really comfortable time in here!

Liked: Its a nice and clean hotel in a good locatione. I stayed in a dorm room of 3 people. The room was clean, whit a private shower+toilet and a balcony (only few of the rooms had a balcony so i was lucky). Staff were very friendly asian people!

Disliked: Sander Martin left no negative feedback.

Liked: Nothing.

Disliked: VERY loud, we had no bathroom and the shared bathroom was gross. The receptionist at the desk was very loud and my bed was right behind her. it kept me up. not very clean.

Liked: Location is perfect! So close to metro lines and also to the city center. It is a quiet family hostel. Staff is nice. For a short time visit, it is suitable.

Disliked: ***The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful ***The room was too cold and there was only a little heater but every time we went to visit the city some body came to our room and turned off the Heater ***Very noisy and you can hear every sound in the corridor ***I booked an ensuite room but there was not shower in our room ***I had a bad memory of Milan because of staying in that hotel

Liked: Perfect location for the price, close to stores and the centre. It was warm and charming in those cold days in Milano.

Liked: Very close to tram, metro and buses. In reality you can even walk to Duomo (15-20 min). You can also walk to the Central Station (train) - app. 20-30 min. Rooms are clean.

Disliked: I spent 3 nights in 4 beds' dorm. Although we have a shower the owner asked us to use the other shower located on the corridor. There is aonly one key for the room so this is a problem if somebody locks in and you need to wake him up knocking.

Liked: Provides all the basics needed for backpackers and right by a metro station. Free WiFi. Very sociable rooms.

Disliked: There were no lockers, no computers, no lock on the bathroom door, the ensue toilet was broken and the shower didn't function well.
