Liked: one of the worst places i have ever been: loud, bad matratze; had to change the room though booked 3 months in advance.

Liked: Rooms were fairly clean. The staff however was unfriendly and tried to switch my reservation to a hotel farther from the city center. I didn't allow that and after much resistance they allowed me to stay.

Liked: i was sent to a guest house behind the central station because they mixed up the reservation, and it was cool there, very nice but no fun.

Liked: Safe, friendly and helpful. We were two adults travelling with children aged 8,12,14 and 16. There was no kitchen but a small breakfast could be bought. No 5 tram runs very close by that goes straight to the Central Station.

Liked: Great view. A little far from city center. Outside old city walls, but Milan is small so it's not that big of an issue. Really close to both main train stations in Milan. Super clean and well-maintained. Each room has its own bathroom and it's stocked with shampoo and soap for you.

Liked: they were freindly but facility was not that good thoughsmell was kinda bad and I couldn't lock the bathroom which is in the room. but out side of room has 2 bathroom those could lock the door and cleaner. they offered the soap and towel. there doesn't have computer and laundry machine so if I want to do those of thing I have to go out side and it is in the other buildings and have to pay for that.
