Liked: Quite clean rooms and nice location. Good value for the money. The price paid on arrival was the same as shown on the Web. No extra costs.

Disliked: Not that easy to find at onece, a bit around the corner. No special common room.

Liked: Just 4-bed dorm instead of 7beds, balkony

Disliked: Absolut ridicilous price. I paid more then 40€ for one night, but maybe just because of the furniture exhibition in Milan. No Wi-Fi, no Computer, no breakfast, no map, no english!

Liked: it's location. And our beloved Romana!

Disliked: Staff speaks nearly no English, difficult to communicate. There is no room to cook, relax or eat. All should be done in the bedrooms.

Liked: How could I like this property? This is a very good question.

Disliked: if you really want to visit one of the worst hostels in the world, this is the place you go. Not only the staff is very unhelpful and not even being able to speak English (and don't even expect he will tell you information like what to do in Milan, he looks like totally know nothing), but also the bad-quality facilities (dirty and stinky toilet shared with at least 10 rooms; small and not well cleaned 4 beds dorm rooms; don't even think about WIFI or internet they won't let you use it as it is exclusive to the owner of the property) they offer. One more thing, if you really wanna come please prepare the exact amount of money you need to pay as the staff seemed to avoid give the change back to you...(I paid them with 10 euros banknotes and the staff said he didn't have any change and telling me to get it back in the next morning. In the next day he still didn't have the change. I wondered there were other guests as well and they were also paying their fees, how could it be possible to not able to get even some coins? Finally I managed to go to a supermarket downstairs to get the change)

Liked: It was good if you have an emergency. but was very bad experience!

Disliked: The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful, the daily output of the room I woke up like an animal to leave the hostel, very unpleasant! the bathroom was very dirty and smelled bad, very bad. It is not recommended.

Liked: Price and location

Disliked: Where do I begin? Horrible staff, no english besides the basic, tiny rooms stuffed with 4 beds each, a single shower for a hotel of 12 rooms and with limited working hours on top of that. The staff called me once to kill a moth because i was apparently the only man in the hostel.

Liked: NOTHING! I AM WARNING EVERYONE NOT TO GO THERE!

Disliked: There was no internet at all.Not even TV!The whole place was DIRTY!The blankets smelled like pee and there was hair from previous customers all over the room!The toilet was disgusting and smelled awfully!the Guy on the reception was the rudest person..we asked for internet and he said he can give us his laptop for 10euros 1hour, he wanted to charge us also 5 euros to call for a taxi and the best of all was when my friend asked him to give her some toilet paper and he also asked for MONEY!!Plus we paid in advance and he was avoiding to give us the change we had to ask for it 4 times.I am warning everyone not to go there i have been to several hostels and i can accept dirt and rudeness to some extent but this one totally damaged my trip :(

Liked: It was cheap.

Disliked: Pretty much everything. There was a mosquito buzzing round my head all night, and of course I woke up with lots of bites (not that I got much sleep). The bedding was awful, there are no sheets, more like a dust cover which you have to sleep under (which didn't feel clean). The staff were rude, to the point of becoming hostile when we asked if we could leave our luggage there for a few hours after we checked out. He said if we weren't out by 9 we'd be charged for an extra night. The directions were terrible, not at all clear. Only stay here for one night, if you absolutely have to.

Liked: The female receptionist is very nice and like to help. The other one is not very nice...

Disliked: We have to call if we got there after 01 am, that's really bad. And also they don't have internet wi-fi and there is only 1 bathroom (WC and douche) available..

Liked: The only thing we liked was the fact that it was 13 euro a night.

Disliked: There was only one key for a room with 4 beds, so when you left the room you had to give the key to the front desk or leave it with whoever was still in the room. Also they have no brochures or any kinds of information about the city. The directions they gave had us lost for about 15 minutes. There's no lockers. Only one shower/toilet for the whol hotel, luckily it was pretty empty when we were there. They also had a lot of ridiculous rules like no foods in the room (even though there were no kitchen facilities) and you couldn't shower between 11pm and 7am, which was especially great when we had to leave before 7 am so we couldn't shower. I would say if you only need a bed for the night and you don't want to spend any time at the hotel, then it might be for you.

Liked: This hotel is one star accommodation, if you dont expect any special standards this is good choice for you. Metro green line - PIOLA is about 5 min. The way with metro to city center Piola - Loreto - Doumo was approximately 10-15 min. Supermarket Carrefour is distant less the 5 min from the hotel. Around the hotel are pubs and restaurants. We were in two room, private double, private twin.

Disliked: I guess everything depends in what part off hotel you have room. When you have noisy neighbours or guests of hotels are very loudly everything you will hear. The TV in my room was broken. Is just one functional shower for all guests which dont have shover inside the rooms. In my room was cold but in second room of my friends was everything OK. Staff dont speak english very well or at all. Is not permit use the shower between 23:00 - 7:00am.

Liked: poor hostel without kitchen, but probably one of the cheapest in town

Disliked: - no kitchen - no place to boil water for coffe, etc - no common room to meet with others travellers - one of staff was nice and friendly but speak very little english, and the other speak vell but was unfriendly
