Liked: the staff were extremely helpful and the location was awesome. just steps from the metro, it was easy to locate. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel has an excellent breakfast and the rooms are huge.

Disliked: nothing - it was excellent value for the price.

Liked: Free breakfast was great! Exceptionally clean with a modern bathroom, in a good central location to (affordable) shopping and a decent fare from the airport (Linate, <€20). Staff really friendly. Definitely more of a hotel and not a hostel, so if you're looking for private accommodation it's great, however if you're looking to party and meet others then this isn't the place. Didn't have any problems with street noise, was quiet and the beds were comfy (although watch out for the corners!!), televisions in rooms. Had a comfortable stay.

Disliked: The orange really isn't appealing! And these days I'd generally expect wifi to come standard rather than at a charge.

Liked: Nice staff, very clean, very good air conditioning (adjustable), mini bar, good and different food for breakfast bit in cellar, bad view out of the window, I recommend it for a luxurious city stay.

Liked: It was more like a 4 star hotel than a budget hostel. Beautiful, new, clean. We had a private double room with our own bathroom. It was wonderful. Definitely suggest it and would seriously stay there again. Free breakfast is actually great!
