Liked: staffs are really kind. i had a quite hard time because my flight was canceled by volcanic ash and needed to find an alternative route to go back to my place. I did not have my computer with this travel, but they let me use their Internet and offered coffee. they are really helpful, thank you very much.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
