Liked: The place was extremely clean and ready for me when I got there, even though my train arrived early.
Disliked: The man at the front desk was a little rude and hard to understand. He was unfriendly and does not seem to enjoy his job.

Liked: Excellent location!!! Especially if you're visiting Milan by train.
Disliked: The walls were too thin. I could hear the telephone conversation in the next room word for word. The slightest stir from your neighbour is as though it was coming from your own room.

Liked: The location is great. The price is not bad for a hotel in Milan. Room was clean. A good overnight sleep.

Liked: Helpful english speaking staff, replied mails quickly. Very useful location close to the central station and the underground station (only 4 stations to the duomo), nevertheless not noisy because located in a side street. I would recommend it to people looking for a simple but proper accomodation at an affordable price.
