Liked: This hostel is great value for money. The older guy at reception doesn't speak much English but he is lovely and does his best to help you. The hostel is quite quiet with a mixture of businessmen, families and couples so wouldn't recommend staying here if you are travelling alone as we didn't meet anyone. We were very pleased with our room - it was clean, a reasonable size and we were provided with soap, towels etc. The location was fine, the area was possibly a bit seedy but we had no problems and it was only about a 10 minute walk from the closest metro station. Breakfast was simple but nice, with choices of croissants, rolls, cereal, coffee and juice.

Disliked: There weren't a great deal of facilities on offer - no wifi, no laundry service, no air con but given the price, you can't really complain. The room did have a fan that made a horrendous noise when switched on! Overall, enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

Liked: The brekkie included in the morning was a great way to start the day. The shower in the room are awesome very hot with great pressure. The rooms are cheap and cheerful great location so we are out most of the day and felt safe enough to walk at night.

Liked: Clean room, good breakfast, 24h services like calling taxi. The strongest point is the staff. With only 1 exception they all spoke English which is not given for Italy. They were willing to help with everything we asked, always cheerful and pleasant. Room has basic facilities but given the price I think they are efficient.

Disliked: There were some small problems like the flush which was not working properly and the bathroom ventilator which was too noisy. Nothing too serious though

Liked: wifi internet was 8euros per day. so it is so expensive. rooms were generally clean. staff were nice. it is not much fun and people aroud.

Liked: It was convenient, but I found 150 euros for a simple room rather expensive. The room is plain, without charm, but functional and clean. The staff spoke french/spanish and was helpful. Reservation worked fine.

Liked: Very clean and had excellent bathroom. Gave you free linens and towels. Comfortable beds. It is a bit far from the Duomo if you want to walk, but there is a metro nearby and good restaurants within walking distance. Would def recommend.

Liked: It has a private parking, which was great (it's usually not easy to find secure parking space in Milan). We also liked the surroundings, it felt very much like living as the Italians live (this was mainly due to the neighbourhood).
