Liked: The breakfast was fantastic and the rate was very reasonable for a last minute booking online.

Disliked: The bed was described as a double, but actually smaller. Not a big problem for us though.

Disliked: that the a/c was only turned on at certain times of the year and not year round. It was really hot in our room in the beginning of May

Liked: Central Location, Clean, Cheap, Delicious Breakfast, etc it's HOTEL! not HOSTEL!

Disliked: nothing except the fact that WIFI is not free.

Liked: It is in a good location so you can easily get to the centre.

Disliked: I couldn't sleep very well because of hot and thin walls. You could hear anything happenned in the hotel during the night.

Disliked: Do not accept the first room offered - very poor, . this is done to try and make you upgrade to a more expensive room! there are otherbasic rooms which are adequate and much better . Bathroom although clean and functinal could have been larger

Liked: The hotel was well located in Milan at a good price for this city. The room was basic but clean and just what we were looking for.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The free breakfast offered excellent variety. The rooms felt secure and there was a safety deposit box in the wardrobe. The shower was amazing!

Disliked: The beds were very hard and you had to pay for wifi.

Liked: Central location.

Disliked: The room was very small and the double bed was not a standard size, larger than a single but smaller than a double, not quite big enough for 2 adults.

Liked: A very kind and helpful staff; very good and rich breakfast; easy to get anywhere in Milan (five minutes to metro station Piazza Venetia); clean room; +10 for the mixed tropical fruits juice from the reception!

Liked: It's a good place, well located, not in the center, but too easy to get it. There is a very good italian restaurant some steps from the hotel.

Disliked: One big problem: no free internet. It's about € 3 per hour! Or € 15 for one day (24 hours).

Liked: The hotel has everything that you need, without being expensive. It is very clean, confortable and beautiful. The bedroom is great, with confortable beds and a good bathroom... The shower is perfect. The staff is very attentious. The breakfast is complete. The turistic sites can be reached by foot and there are good and cheap restaurants near the hotel. It is good that the hotel has computers available for those guests who do not have their own equipament. So, by paying a fee, you can use the Internet.

Disliked: We do not have any complain.
