Liked: Good location, great breakfast (probably the best I've ever had in Europe), good instalations, helpful staff, good value for money.

Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect!!!

Liked: It's a good place, well located, not in the center, but too easy to get it. There is a very good italian restaurant some steps from the hotel.

Disliked: One big problem: no free internet. It's about € 3 per hour! Or € 15 for one day (24 hours).

Liked: The hotel has everything that you need, without being expensive. It is very clean, confortable and beautiful. The bedroom is great, with confortable beds and a good bathroom... The shower is perfect. The staff is very attentious. The breakfast is complete. The turistic sites can be reached by foot and there are good and cheap restaurants near the hotel. It is good that the hotel has computers available for those guests who do not have their own equipament. So, by paying a fee, you can use the Internet.

Disliked: We do not have any complain.

Liked: location! Really close to the old town. metro only 2 minutes away.

Disliked: The internet wasnt free, thay charged you extra fot it.

Liked: Very near to metro station which was important to us with heavy backpacks & a big lugguage. Near to the main shopping district.

Liked: It was quiet, clean and very nice. It was about 15 minutes from the historic city centre and in an excellent location. The included breakfast was also very nice.

Disliked: The only thing I did not like was that you have to pay for WiFi. Other than that, no complaints! :)

Liked: When we arrived they had problems concerning three rooms and were fully booked, rather than turn us away like other hostels the hotel had an apartment around the block prepared for our use. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the process. The property itself was well located to see Milan.

Liked: The staff, the location, the cleanliness, and very safe and secure. At the bottum line it's a good value for money.

Disliked: Our room felt like a single room, it was very small.

Liked: Very easy to find and in a great location for the train station. Very helpful staff, clean, good breakfast buffet and the BBC World News on the TV!!! Very good value compared to other places we stayed.

Liked: Hotel style rooms, reception and breakfast for B&B money. Friendly staff and immaculate roooms. Only 2mins walk from a metro, 7mins on that and you're at the Duomo!

Disliked: About 20min walk from station, but thats bearable.

Liked: It was extremely close to the metro and one of the main shopping locations. It was well signposted and had an amazing courtyard garden. The staff were extremely helpful.

Disliked: Breakfast was a slight disappointment, as the hot breakfast wasn't particularly hot, but no other complaints!!

Liked: Good location, easily reachable by tram from the train station. The rooms were clean, had own shower, TV, comfortable beds, mini bar. And there was a good restaurant near the hotel.The breakfast was perfect, something for everyone.

Disliked: The toilette wasn't in the room, but the staff offered us to change the room if we wanted.
