Liked: We came with é small children in a room for three - excellent sevice with Baby bed and extra blanchets.... Surprisingly easy.Beds very comfortable!

Liked: When we arrived to Milan, we realized that we forgot all the info about directions at home, so we decided to phone there and ask for directions. A friendly asian reseptionist with good english skills quickly and efficiently led us to the place. We were also offered to choose between our reserved room and a better one, but for 10 extra Euros. The brekfast was not bad at all, great choise of pastry. The place looked really nice, it felt like a good hotel rather than a mere hostel.

Liked: The buffet breakfast included is very good and the staff is helpful. However, the bathroom had a bad smelling and the wi-fi is available but not included.

Liked: There were many things: location is superb, less than 5 minutes to the metro a further 5 minutes to the heart of the city (Duomo). The staff were superb, attentive, polite and going beyond the call of duty on several counts: providing recommendations for resturants (making reservations), jewellers anything. Printing boarding passes, storing luggage- No problem - Really excellent

Liked: The personnel was friendly at check in. Unfortunately, it soonn became cjear that this "friendhip" was expected to cover a serious substandard room.

Liked: We were upgraded to a better room for the same price. Tha staff was very helpful! Breakfast was ok. Metro was nearby. In the morning the cleaning staff was a bit loud... but we also slept till late...

Liked: Perfect place if you want to be relax and stay away from noise.Clean room with comfortable beds and the breakfast is good as well.Location is close to center by public transport.

Liked: We stayed here for 2 nights. Was in a great location, very close to Corso Buenos Aires, one of the main shopping strips. We were offered an upgrade as soon as we got there to a new room (they are refurbishing the hotel) however we opted to stay in the older part as the room was bigger. Was a very nice clean hotel, nothing like a hostel at all. Staff were very friendly and helped show us where to look around. I would stay here again.

Liked: Excellent standard 3 star hotel. Very reasonably priced for Milan. Only minutes walk to P Venzia metro on red line 1. Great breakfasts and staff very accommodating.

Liked: Again, good value for moneyLocation is great: 5 min to a subway station, direct line to the Central railway station, Cadorna station (where the train from Malpensa airport arrives to) and Duomo. Trams go to the Central station as well (10 min).Breakfast was excellentThe room was quite shabby. The safe deposit and the bathroom door lock didn't work. The worst of all is that the room was located upside a restaurant and cooking smells were really annoying

Liked: For the price you pay the hotel offer more than you could expect!!!The location is OK, subway near by, nice restarants at a great price next door... Once again, for the money you pay you'll be surprised!

Liked: Was a really nice place, excellent value for money however our bathroom was in desperate need of a good clean but can't really complain for the price. Excellent breakfast aswell!
