Liked: Its location was not very far (4 blocks) from the train station where the bus from the airport stoped. There is no other positive point.

Disliked: It happened something that never happened before to me in any other hotel before: 1. The person on the reception was very rude; 2. They refused to serve breakfast although it was 9:56 (the breakfast limit was 10:00) 3. I complained and they ignored and were rude again 4. I had breakfast that day in other place 5. They refused to deduct the amount of that breakfast from the total amount to be paid. 6. Because I intended no to pay that amount but only the amount deducted of the breakfast they phisicaly threatened me and my wife, phorbiding us to leave the hotel until paying the total amount. Besides this increduble situation, the room was not very clean. When walking on the toilet with no shoes we could feel the "glue" in your feet. The cover of the bed had big holes of tabaco burns. Very noisy in the Saturday mooring due to a (regular?) fair in that block. Very noisy because the lift is just very close to the rooms.

Liked: clean, nice breakfast, really good coffee, good location in regard of distance to metro - 5 min from the train station, big rooms and bathroom. lovely balcony in room no 106 :)

Liked: The rooms were fine. Dont get excited about the breakfast. And bewarned of the grumpy receptionist, who periodicaly yells at you in italian, rolls his eyes and walks off!

Liked: After my experience, it´s difficult to say what I liked about Paradiso Hostel. The staff is really unhelpfull and with bad behaviour. This is the most important aspect for me when you are in trouble and they don´t want to assume part of their responsability.

Liked: not much that is exciting about this place.its near the central station, easy (but long walk) to the dummo. staff seemed a little uninterested, but when asked for assistance helped out where they could.breakfast was good, rooms were good, general feel was good. overall, good. at the end of the day, we just needed a clean and secure place to stay, as we were out most of the day

Liked: location was accessible to other parts of milan. great rooms, comfortable and clean. didn't feel safe walking around at night on those streets though, but could be milan as a whole and not this particular place. over all, it was definitely value for money!

Liked: The breakfast is nice for Italian (backpacker) standards: fresh croissants, juice, coffee/tea, cereals etc. The location is great: near to two metro lines and about 500 metres from central station.

Liked: more a 3+star than 2 stars, rooms with air-condition, newly equiped rooms, everything clean, modern, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast and this for only 25 €/night, really really recommendable

Liked: The location is perfect - a five minutes walk from the central station, as well as from two metro stations. Nice staff, nice room, and the breakfast was not bad for Italy, too.

Liked: Overall, this hotel was good value for money. The room was larger than what was pictured and it had a good sized bathroom. However, internet facilities were slow and had limited availability, and some of the reception staff were not very knowledgeable or helpful with places to see and things to do in Milan.
