Liked: the staff are really nice and very helpful and available at any hour. the building itself is gorgeous and the ability to open the windows at night makes the summer heat a little more bareable, although it wasn't as hot as I expected. the fact that it is more of a hotel than a hostel makes meeting people a little bit more difficult but that is ok.

Liked: Good location - very close to a metro stop to get around the city. Reception staff very helpful telling us the areas for clubs, bars, restaurants and shopping. No air con so can get hot at night but not too bad with windows open and shutters closed.

Liked: The check in staff was extremely kind and helpful by showing us a map of the city and where good places to hang out and find food are located. The room and beds were very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony, and the neighborhood the hotel was located in. The breakfast staff on the other hand was a bit rude with us, and the main lamp in our room was missing its lightbulb. Over all though, our stay was enjoyable and the accommodations were in line with what we needed.

Liked: The value for money is not very high, in the summer the rooms where extremely hot and the breakfast was terrible, machine orange juice and bad pastry, and it was really noisy also.

Liked: very nice hostel, more like a hotel. it's in a great part of milan, really close by metro to the city center. free towels. nice beds. a little hot in the summer.

Liked: Its like staying in a hotel - hostel style! They makeyour bed with folded towels on top, little soaps and shampoos, but its hostel (small) dorms max 4 people and still cheap, u share a bathroom with your floor. Its great!

Liked: Dorms were small, only three beds which was nice. Communal shower and toilet facilities are relatively few in number but the hostel itself is small. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful (recommending places to eat, visit, sites etc) and free internet was useful.Very central location, ideal to check out Milan for a few days.

Liked: Staff even thought do not speak really good english are helpful. The place is nice and has free internet, but no wi fi. It is a good place to stay, not really far from a metro station.

Liked: Cheapest hotel in the area. The free wifi only extends to their small computer room, which closes at 11pm. The breakfast was a good deal (2.50 euros). Milan is just an expensive city, so I was a little put off by the price of the hotel, but overall, I'd say it was pretty good.

Liked: Friendly and accommodating. I got in at 2am and they took care of me. I got woken at 6am by the workmen next door doing construction and talking at the top of their lungs but that was hardly the fault of the hostel and will only be temporary while the construction is going on.
