1. The negative modification or cancellation is accepted by written notice before 3 days of your arrival then there is no penalty applied. If no show, late cancellation or fail to arrive will be charged the reservation total by provided credit card.
In case of invalid credit card or credit is not enough to cover the reservation 60%, reservation will be considered invalid.

2. Hotel prefer cash payment, credit card will be accepted with 5% bank commission added.

3. The passports are necessary for each guest check in. (For European Union countries, ID card or Driver Licenses valid also.)
