Liked: Good value for room. Not too far from Metro stop.

Disliked: No elevator. Breakfast not included in cost. Neighborhood was just so-so.

Liked: The rooms were nice, location was good as there were places to eat from and shop quite close by. It was easy to get to and from the location by Metro. I also liked how you can still check in to the hostel at later hours i.e. 1am.

Disliked: The directions from when me and my friends got off the metro were really confusing as they may have been incorrect or just really confusing because of their being so many metro stations in the area. Mine and my friends room who also stayed on the same floor as me were really cold as the radiator was not warming up the whole room. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't lock the bathroom door and made it feel really uncomfortable when it comes to sharing the room.

Liked: It was a great place to go back and chill after a long day of walking around. It was also really easy to find and in a very relaxed neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice. In all, everything was great. The staff was incredibly helpful and just amazing all around.

Disliked: If only it could have been a little closer to the center of the city, that would have been better. That being said, the metro is right next to it and is very easy to access.

Liked: easy to get to the metro. felt fairly safe. clean.

Disliked: no second lock on the door (you know how there's the entry one and then there is a lock that cannot be opened from outside usually? there wasn't one of those). oh, it was also cold (late november...). couldn't control the heat in our individual room.

Liked: Room is cleaned everyday. Breakfast is good value for extra 4 euro. Have free wifi and tv.

Disliked: The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away by walk. Directions from subway station to the hotel mentioned in hostelbookers is quite confused.

Disliked: There were bugs in my bed, it was noisy, no atmosphere and hard to get to the city centre.

Liked: The staff was AMAZING! Seriously they could not have been more helpful! They were like our personal guides, gave us great directions to everything. Also the hotel was about 5 min away from the red and green line. I felt really safe inside the hotel! The staff was great and there is a little patio outside which is great for meeting other travellers.

Disliked: It was August so everything was closed, a bit far from the night life, but if you just need to see the sites the metro is really close. Late at night there were "women" walking the streets around the hotel. I am sure it is a lot different when it is not the busy season and not August when everything is closed.

Liked: Value for money and location is close to a metro station so it was quite convenient to get around.

Disliked: The staff speak mainly in Chinese so speaking English to them may be a slight problem. The neighbourhood is also quite quiet and empty

Liked: It was about a 10 minute walk from the Metro which was about 4 stops to the Duomo and only 2 stops to Milano Centrale station. The hotel itself was very nice and clean and the rooms were a good size with a nice modern bathroom and a flat screen TV (though only MTV was in English!). The area was pretty quiet though - only a couple of pizzerias to choose from, not a lot of action around. Free wifi.

Disliked: Nothing really! I guess the area could be a bit more happening but that's not the hotel's fault!

Liked: the bathroom is quite nice. the staff is friendly but not quite helpful

Disliked: the airconditioner was not working and there were lots of mosquitoes in the room.

Liked: Staff were very helpful on the desk, and the place was very good value for money.

Disliked: It wan't as close to the centre as it could have been, but it was very close to a metro line. The directions supplied weren't very helpful, definitely print off a map before you go as it will help infinitely more than the directions.

Liked: The garden is a wonderful place to relax at all times of the day. Also the staff is very polite and helpful.

Disliked: The hotel is owned by Chinese people. This caused a problem because although their knowledge of spoken English was very good , misunderstanding occured in written e-mails. This could cause a problem for other clients.

Liked: Simply wonderful. We got a beautiful room with a balcony and an impeccably clean toilet. The hotel is run by a chinese-speaking couple and they were very accommodating and friendly to us, The hotel was 10 min away from the metro station and the station was close to all famous tourist spots. Free wifi was provided. We simply have no complaints and this is such great value for money. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
