Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, it has a very family run atmosphere. The location is about a 4 minute walk from Loreto metro station which will take you anywhere you need to go in a few minutes. The washrooms are very clean and the shower is very new and nice. The best part about this place is the breakfast, they have pretty much whatever you want, fruit, croissants, pastries, toast, eggs and a espresso machine and the host will make whatever drink you like. I would recommend this place to anyone! :)

Disliked: Nothing really, knowing the city more now i may have liked to have been a bit closer to the navigil area (young hipster area) but the hotel was too not far away and milan has a great metro system.

Liked: Members of the staff were quite helpful. There is also a supermarket just across the street.

Disliked: Despite advertising on this website that wifi is provided in the rooms for free, I was told to pay €10 per day for the wifi.

Liked: There is always someone at the front desk, and the front door stays locked. Nothing fancy at all, but got the job done for our last two nights in Italy.

Disliked: When booked I received a conformation with a certain price for the two nights, when we arrived they said there had been a mistake and really the price would be doubled. We did end up getting the original price we were told, but it was still somewhat frustrating. We got 2 nights for the price of one, BUT if that was suppose to be the price for only one night, I would say they are overpriced. Decent location, pretty basic room, not impressive breakfast.

Liked: there's really free unlimited internet, though not so stable. staff is helpful. towels and everything is changed daily, and the hotel's close enough to Loreto metro station, and central train station.

Disliked: I was there on winter, the weather was cold, so was the room. temperature never rised to proper room temp., and some mornings I woke up because of cold. I asked for a second blanket, they gave me, but it was still cold that I continued waking up. so, shortly, maybe not for winter? breakfast was poor. I don't know if this is customary in Italy, but this was not a proper berakfast.

Liked: the staff were really helpful, the breakfast was a good mix - not quite the place to meet people but if you want privacy and comfort this is the place..

Liked: Place was quiet, clean and safe.

Disliked: There was no toilet seat on the toilet, but other than that could not fault place.

Liked: Stayed here at the end of my trip so was nice to have my own space and own bathroom. It's not a place to meet people, but as it's not a hostel, that's not suprising. Overall I had a pleasant stay and staff were very friendly.

Disliked: No major problems. Could do with a re-decorate.

Liked: We booked places in "Aurelia" hotel, but were transfered to hotel "Lugano", that has three stars . Administrator Michele is ispecially kind, helpful and friendly person, Rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, street noise wasn't heard, then were sleeping.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: it's very cozy. the staffs are very friendly and helpful. they offered various tips for us, who were new in Milan. the breakfast was very nice.

Disliked: there are some broken items in the room, but it's just a minor flaw. the room was in general very nice and clean.

Liked: Free breakfast, although minimal is always good! Free Wi-Fi was also of much help as travelling! Location is Ok as only a few metres from the metro line!

Disliked: We all got insect bites badly! Not sure if this was because of the warm weather brining in more bugs or because of the dog which is in the property! Also on arrival a photocopy of our passport was taken which we did not expect and we had no explanation as to why they did this.

Liked: This hotel is great value.It was in a quiet area with a short bus ride from the station and an equally short subway ride into townOur room was very clean and airconditioned which was a big boon in the heatwave.The staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. They gave us a great restauant tip-good food at a reasonable price.We loved our stay in Milan and would definitely recommend the Aurelia.

Disliked: There were2 flights of stairs to our room so if this is a problem the Aurelia may not e for you.

Liked: Like the location, very close to the Central station.

Disliked: Very hot in the summer. And ýou have to pay extra fee to have air conditioner on. I didnt pay, and instead have the windows opened. But it turned out to be extremely noisy n have lots of mosqitos! Terrible night!
