Liked: Would have helped If I knew hotel was on the 6th floor. Basic room that was cleaned daily shower a bit small but functioned well A few stops from main attraction. quiet and comfortable. Not a busy time in Milan

Disliked: Double bed was made of 2 singles pushed together that easily come apart Lift wasn't always working Doesn't mention being on the 6th floor of a residential block few other residents to judge character breakfast was mainly a danish with coffee in plastic cups served at reception to take to the room no adequate breakfast room.

Liked: Air Conditioning.

Disliked: The staff were pretty rude and showed open contempt for their guests. They were very inattentive to the door buzzer so you get stranded at the front door when they don't feel like opening it. The neighborhood is seedy but tolerable.

Liked: Very cheap for a private room with a shower. The location was very close to where I wanted to be, plus close to a metro station.

Disliked: Walls were paper thin. I heard several peoples alarms in the morning. Have to pay 6eur for 3 hours of internet. The location is not as shown at the map; to find it just use the address.

Liked: Localization wos very good, bus stop wos just over the doors of hotel, alnd metro stop wos very near. In the nerares area are a lot of places to drnik and eat. Every atraction of the city is near. Like Douomo, Navigla and so one. In fridays close to the hotel is a nice mefrcado (oshops at open air) . One of the hotel workres is very kind and helpful: )

Disliked: Breakfast wos't goot. It wos a synthertyit brioshe, in plastinc bag. Awfoul: / It realyy isn't a big deal to give guests fresh food. But this is the only minus.

Liked: the room was relatively small but had a huge private terrasse (would've been happy to put it to use but it was November and raining), but it was very clean. the location is great and staff is helpful.

Liked: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Reliable service. The bed was super-comfortable and the place is quiet, so I slept very well. The air-conditioning is free which is a plus.

Disliked: There were no free wi-fi facilities.

Liked: Good location. Friendly staff. Always want to help. Didn't charged me anything for air-conditioning as some people say on other reviews. Wired internet didn't work on my room but a technician was called in a couple of hours and everything was solves

Disliked: Internet connections too expensive. 6euros for 3 hours wireless 10 euros a day wired. Bring your own bath towel. My rood had only one hand towel. Summer 32º Humid weather, Taking 2 showers a day with one hand towel can be a nightmare.

Liked: It was a very short walk to the Porta Romana metro station and had most of the amenities you'd want close by (supermarket, student bars etc).The only downside was you had to pay 5euro per night per person for use of the air conditioning (which we didn't end up using), but when we did pay the staff were surprised we didn't use the air-con because the rooms get quite hot - so basically its just another way for them to increase the price...a bit dodge.This is also a hotel not a hostel so no place to meet people, no kitchen facilities, had to pay for internet etc, but overall it was pretty good.

Liked: The location is very good- just a few steps away from metro station and tram, and - is a must seen - the roman thermae. Nice restaurants around... Very clean rooms, large terasse/ balcony. It's ok, accesible, clean, politly and friendly staff.

Liked: Make sure you don't stay in a room next to the coffee machine, just around the corner from reception. Noise from early hours so no sleeping after 7am. Very basic breakfast with coffee from the coffee machine next to the room. On a plus side close to the Metro station so easy to move around and very clean rooms.

Liked: For the price, good place to sleep. Everything was extremely clean! Sort of a mixture between a hotel and a hostel as the toliets are outside the room. The room was big with a good sized balcony. The tram passes directly in front of the hostel which made traveling around the city quite easy. Overall, good stay.

Liked: The staff is helpful and friendly. We got good advice about getting around the city and places to visit. The room was good enough for the price and the location is definitely good for getting to and from good sightseeing like the Duomo and nightlife like Navigli and Brera. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel.

Liked: the location it's perfect! Near the Metro, so you don't have to walk a lot, wherever you want to go...BUT when you go for the staff...i didn't believe it could be that worse..they aren't friendly, helpfull and they will do anything to get more money..when you booked on internet you have a room with airconditioning, towels and more, but when you arrived the staff is trying to let you pay for all these things....I don't reccomend this hostel....and really because the staff is so unfriendly and you can't trust them!

Liked: Pretty good location if your looking for value for money in a modest site. The hotel's neighborhood has some good restaurant if your looking for some local dishes/food, you just have to explore its immediate surroundings. There are rooms which has a decent terrace which will give you an alternative view of Milan. There is a stop near the hotel for tram going to the Central Station.

Liked: Rather closed to metro. None of the day staff can speak english, except the chambermaid who knows a little. Booked for ensuite, given a room without toilet!!! Booked for aircon, but need to pay additional, it was not stated!!! Rather Clean.

Liked: we need to pay for internet..wifi is 3 euro per hour..the staff are nice..but not all of them can speak english..the room is ok..the air condition is provided..it is easy to find..within 5 minutes walk to metro..
