Liked: Great location relative to train station and town centre, modern bathroom in the room.

Disliked: Not sure how safe it is to be able to walk in, say a number and be handed the key with no id checks.

Liked: Extremely clean and well located. Very quiet as well. The facilities in the room were excellent (TV, shower, heating) and it felt very safe.

Disliked: It lacks a bit of character and the reception and corridors feel a bit bleak. It hasn't got a lift, which doesn't bother me, but that makes it less suitable for people with mobility impairments.

Liked: the location was great, the room was clean, it had tv, towels shampoo, hair dryer and a/c.

Disliked: the recepcionist could be nicer.

Liked: Good value for money. TV in room. The receptionist [man] was very helpful, changed the booking from a two bed to a three bed room and had no problems. He also helped us print our boarding passes :). Supermarket type thing round the corner.

Disliked: 50cent for a city map.

Liked: Quite close to the main train station (3 metro stations) There is an air-conditioner and I didn't expect to have one becasue it only cost 50 pounds per night! Good value for money!

Liked: hotel is little bit far away to milan traın statıon..walkıng dıstance ıs about 10-15 mınutes....there are 2-3 tram statıon between them...its very clean..prıce ıs really good for mılan...staf ıs frıendly..try to help you...

Disliked: the room was very small..one person room...also shower..but its not bıg problem..little bit far away from the centreale mılan statıon..

Liked: The cleanliness is quite good and the location is excellent. Quite easy to find the place and it's a walking distance from the central station. You can easily find it according to the direction given by the hotel personnel.

Disliked: The double bed is actually a combination of two twin bed. Partition in the middle is just not what i want.

Liked: Close to the Milano Centrale station, clean, the staff were OK. Rooms were equipped as described on the website.

Disliked: Very tiny room, short bed, small bathroom with extremely small shower cabin, which made it virtually impossible to shower; to wash my legs and feet I had to open it, as it was pretty much impossible to do it inside (it must have been 50cmx50cm base). I don't know how the double rooms look like, but I'm quite sure bathrooms are similar.

Liked: Excellent location, walking distance from the Central Station, friendly staff with excellent English language, cosy and tidy rooms, calm environment, excellent price/quality ratio.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Liked: Pretty good location, fairly clean, and easy to find.

Disliked: The old blankets needed updating, free wifi would be nice but you can manage without it, and a better place to meet people. Couples should stay here rather than friends.

Liked: i wasnt a hostel but a hotel. very good, large room, clean, safe, near the train station (800 m), close to a supermarket. cost/benefit very good! i recommend

Disliked: one of the members had a horrible english! but the otrher were fine nothing that would make me avoid the hotel in the future

Liked: really nice Hotel. Clean, quiet, with TV in each room. Its only 1 star hotel but i've seen much worst hotels with 3 stars. i would definitely recommend it.

Disliked: Wi-Fi could be for free. 3 Eur for one hour or 10 Eur for 5 hours seems too much for me.
