Liked: Had TV and breakfast in the morning for a cheap price. It's a bit of a walk to the city centre and the main sights, but the walk is a nice one. It's close to the train station, which is great since there is a bus to the airport there for cheap. Felt safe the whole time and the staff was very friendly. There's a shared bathroom but a sink was in the room so that was really convenient. Great size room with nice ammenities.

Disliked: There's no soap in the bathrooms and the shower door was broken. It's about a half hour walk from the city centre. Since it's away from the centre the area seems a tad been sketchy at night, but we never had an issue. A bit noisy because of traffic sometimes. Nothing really serious, I'd stay there again.

Liked: Easy to find, very clean

Disliked: They took the payment directly to my credit card, before I arrive in the hostel . I was with a frind and when we reserved the room we ask for a individual bed for each one, and when we arrive there they put us in a room for couple!

Liked: The owners were very friendly, they gave us very useful insider advices and tipps, the whole atmosphere in the hotel was very familiarly

Disliked: The sheets were a little bit to cold for this time of the year, and they werent very clean, but for this price definitely ok.

Liked: Quite location, Staff were professional, spoke good English and made me feel welcome. Good value for money. Good wifi connection. My room was spotlessly clean.

Liked: very clean and scilence.

Disliked: too too too too far from subway and trevel spots. you must walk from subway station to Hotel min. 10. min. and no breakfast, no kitchen.

Disliked: It was really hot during the night (and the air conditioning wasn't free, but 10euros per day).

Disliked: - Wifi logins and passwords are reset and changed everyday at 11:30 - cockroaches in the bathroom :) (quite nice :p ) - location (but metrostation is near) - 10 euros for the air condition

Liked: Cheap compared to other places.

Disliked: Room smelt of smoke, very small double bed, cigarette burns on the bedspread, pretty average furnishings. Air conditioning costs an extra 10 euros a day, but our room was on the ground floor and stayed cool throughout the day so it was fine.

Liked: Good value for money, nice hotel with an Italian atmosphere, it might not be at the center of the city but it's close to the Metro and it has everything you need in a hotel if this kind.

Disliked: Probably the fact that the peiple at the front desk are not always at their best mood, but if you don't push their buttons you'll be fine.

Liked: Very clean, nice room. Close to PAM supermarket and not far from Carrefour.

Disliked: Some distance Duomo, but if you take tram, bus or metro, it's not a problem.

Liked: Esta muy cerca a la estación central de Milan. 15 minutos andando.

Disliked: El personal del hotel no es nada amable. Pedías cosas como clave de Internet para el ordenador o un boligrafo, y se enfadaban!!!!!!!!!!!

Liked: Goede locatie, slechts 5 minuten lopen vanaf de metro en makkelijk te vinden. Alles was erg schoon en netjes.

Disliked: Wel wat lawaaierig door de drukke straat die erlangs loopt, en door wat overlast van andere gasten.

Liked: Cleanliness was unbelievable!!! It totally worths every cent you pay. It's also not so expensive considering room quality and that you're in Milan. I myself am a neat person. I brought a sheet and pillow case in my luggage but i don't even feel that i have to use them. There was neither stain nor smell. I assume it's the best place to stay TO THIS PRICE!

Disliked: The black guy was friendly but i can't say the same thing for the owners. Especially the lady was some sort of strict and sometimes it made me feel like i'm not in a hotel but in a boring dorm. I couldn't met with one single person during 3 days. The room and the hotel was great but i think staff made it worse.

Liked: okay to stay if you are low on self respect

Disliked: The owner man and wife were not helpful in listening to you. They will make you realize as if they are doing you a favor by letting you stay there. They don't know how to treat their guests. During whole of my trip to Italy I never met so rude people. Before leaving I called them thrice requesting me to send an email to confirm my cancellation for 2 days. I emailed them they did not reply. So I called them for the same, they still didn't reply. So called them 2 times more. At last they replied and confirmed the cancellation. I wanted a proof of cancellation that is why I called them thrice. Now the stupid owners asked me 10 euros more because I called them thrice!!!!!!! How stupid is that? I am the one who made International calls thrice and they asked me 10 euros more for the "confusion". If their minds can't comprehend a request to reply to a mail then they must be confused all the time. When the owner started shouting I asked him to open the mail and check the details(which is why I wanted the email confirmation exactly), he gave me the keys. Their only problem was that I called thrice! WTF? That is because you noobs were not replying to my mails. And which hotel owner yell at their guest just because they had called thrice??? I was a tourist in a foreign land and didn't want a problem, otherwise if some hotel owner behaved the same way with me in my country I would have taken him by his collar and showed him his place. Don't go to this place if you like yourself to be treated well especially if you are paying to the other person.
