Liked: okay to stay if you are low on self respect

Disliked: The owner man and wife were not helpful in listening to you. They will make you realize as if they are doing you a favor by letting you stay there. They don't know how to treat their guests. During whole of my trip to Italy I never met so rude people. Before leaving I called them thrice requesting me to send an email to confirm my cancellation for 2 days. I emailed them they did not reply. So I called them for the same, they still didn't reply. So called them 2 times more. At last they replied and confirmed the cancellation. I wanted a proof of cancellation that is why I called them thrice. Now the stupid owners asked me 10 euros more because I called them thrice!!!!!!! How stupid is that? I am the one who made International calls thrice and they asked me 10 euros more for the "confusion". If their minds can't comprehend a request to reply to a mail then they must be confused all the time. When the owner started shouting I asked him to open the mail and check the details(which is why I wanted the email confirmation exactly), he gave me the keys. Their only problem was that I called thrice! WTF? That is because you noobs were not replying to my mails. And which hotel owner yell at their guest just because they had called thrice??? I was a tourist in a foreign land and didn't want a problem, otherwise if some hotel owner behaved the same way with me in my country I would have taken him by his collar and showed him his place. Don't go to this place if you like yourself to be treated well especially if you are paying to the other person.

Liked: It's really comfortable to stay here in Milan. It looked nice and clean. Wifi is given to only one device per room, which need to be requested everyday as it changes everyday. It is some distance away from the metro, but it is still walkable.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It was a decent location.

Disliked: 1. Heaters are only turned on 1 hour of the day, which resulted in very cold rooms 2. Wifi logins and passwords are reset and changed everyday at 11:30 am and wifi in the morning was not very reliable.

Liked: It was very hotel-like. The rooms were nice and had a very hotel feel, but as a hostel, there were none of the amenities that other hostels offer.

Disliked: There are no lounges to meet people, no bar, no events held by the hostel, making it difficult to meet people. Nice for people who just want privacy, not the best for students and those who are traveling to meet people.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: guy on reception is RUDE EXTREMELY cold size of shower cabin is about 40cm x 40cm (not so clean) water isn't hot is only warm extra charge for e.g. tea,towels,breakfast ... not enough toilet paper in shared bathroom

Liked: The location was ok,but not perfect,it's about 10minutes walk to the closest metro station. There is a free wifi and the supermarket is around the corner. Nice that there is a basin in the room,so you don;t have to go to the bathroom all the time,but the bidet next to your bed is a disgusting thing.

Disliked: The room and the whole place was EXTREMELY cold,especially during the night. You only have one thin blanket on the bed. The heating was off during the day, despite the fact that it was the end of November and the weather was freezing!! Most of the time there was an older man at the reception,who was unfriendly. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends...

Liked: If you consider Ca Hotel like a Hostel, its great ! We had a double room and just needed to share the bathroom with another room. The room was clean, but the bathroom wasnt, I found cockroaches in the shower. Its near to the central station, so if you have to take ur flight early morning, its worth.

Disliked: Our room was at the last floor, loads of stairs to get there, impossible to carry any suitcase. It was really small, we could barely move inside the room, the ceiling was low and it has only a small windown. I think its impossible to stay during the summer. The owner is really rude, but helped us when we asked something.

Liked: It's a hotel, with separate rooms, bathroom was really clean.

Disliked: My room look like some kind of cupboard on the attic with some kind of pipe on the ceiling which i bang my head couple of times!

Liked: Although the breakfast is paid, it was pretty nice.

Disliked: So, so, so much noise from the street starting at 7 am that you think that you are in the middle of the traffic. Milano was hot as hell and paying 10 euros for the air condition for each day was abuse. Specially when u are travelling alone and have nobody to share the expense.

Liked: staff, clean, free wifi but need a new password every 12 hours, safe, a small supermarket nearby, nice room

Disliked: We stay in a double room and it's window is facing to the main street, the trucks and busses running on street in midnight were too noisy, since the air conditions cost 10euro per day, therefore we can't sleep well!

Liked: Very clean, quiet and secure. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for cost.

Disliked: It was a bit difficult to locate by public transit. I believe that the directions provided are a bit outdated.

Liked: Towels were supplied, as well as internet. Housekeeping came every other day. I booked a 3 room share, but got a nice little1 bed room in the attic. Very good value for the price. The staff spoke good english.

Disliked: Thin walls, so easy to hear neighbours.

Liked: It's about six blocks from the metro which is nice and feels like it is in a safe location. There are lots of places to drink around within walking distance which is great for late nights. It is one block away from a grocery store, a great kebab place, and also a nice gelato shop. The tvs in the rooms are nice. Overall a clean place.

Disliked: It's not exactly in the city center. It has no air conditioning so its deathly hot in the summer months unless you want to pay for the air conditioning. I had to leave the windows open at night and these giant beetles kept crawling in, but they were harmless of course. Two of the staff are friendly ( the woman and the other guy with black hair). If you are on the upper floors have fun because there are no elevators. This isn't the hostel to.go to if you want to meet others staying there but the bars around have plenty of locals to me et.one last thing that sucked was that they only gave wi fi to one person in the room. And you have to get a new login every 12 hours.

Liked: It was clean and good value for money we got upgraded to a double room with tv but only paid the price of a 6 bed dorm.

Disliked: staff are unhelpful although more helpful at night. Not a place to visit for advice on Milan and area but a safe and good value for money.

Liked: Really like that they cleaned your room everyday! came in and made the bed that was great! Howard one of the staff members there was amazing! It was about a 5-10 minute walk to the train station/

Disliked: Disliked that there were no kitchen facilities on offer!

Liked: I booked a 6 bed room and was placed in a 3 bed room with only one other person so that was nice. Breakfast was good, worth the 5€, maybe not every morning but at least once I think. The staff were nice and it was a good value for the money.

Disliked: the room was quite small, an average sized hotel room with 3 beds, which makes it quite a squeeze, it was nice that there were only 2 of us so with a bed in the middle it´s not so awkward. There was no common room since it´s a hotel so it was hard to meet people.
