Liked: The staff were great. On our arrival once we found where the hotel was, the Manager stood out on the road in the only car park for miles so that it wouldn't get taken while we dashed back to where we had parked our car! Really close to the centre of Milan.

Liked: Because hotels are not very good in Milan (except expensive ones) and the city is very expensive... it's not a bad option. Well connected to the metro and not far from the center.
