Liked: Nice location Convenient to get to city center by metro ~10min Staff is very helpful in finding things to do, see etc.

Disliked: Walls are rather thin. But it didn't really affect sleeping. Smaller hotel so not too many people

Liked: Very close to the metro station, overall clean, great value for money. Would prefer this place if I come again..

Disliked: Next to a busy street: NOISY! Ear-plugs are a must..

Disliked: The day time Manager was sullen, uncommunicative, made no effort to ensure a pleasant stay. There was a mean-ness about what was on offer for breakfast. English was limited. Information book in the room was outdated by about three years!

Liked: me and my friend felt like we lived there, they let us use so many things, and breakfast was nice, we were walking around the hotel in pajamas, making tea at any time, it was very nice i loved this hotel

Liked: the location: It is very close to a metro station which makes things easier when you are backpacking. The friendliness of the staff and all the facilities that are within the hostel's range. the breakfast is very good and enough to start the day.

Liked: friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. the reception guy actually heard my cousin cough and knocked on the door to ask if we wanted a cup of hot beverage. right in front of a metro station called turro, 7 minutes away from piazza del duomo. theres a great italian restaurant nearby.
