Liked: Clean, felt like home away from home. Friendly staff, good breakfast, safe and nice environment.

Disliked: A little bit far from centre of city.

Liked: Clean and inexpensive hotel. The receptionist spoke some English and gave me a map and directions to the city.

Disliked: It's a bit far from the city center. You need to walk a few blocks to get to the bus or tram.

Liked: Really nice room. A very clean, cared-for property. Good location. Good breakfast.

Disliked: Room right next to reception, very noisy in the morning from staff and clientele, particularly at night from staff conversing loudly disregarding close proximity of rooms. Service was of a good standard but lacked a friendliness and familiarity that resulted in detracting from the character of the hotel.

Liked: Very nice rooms and facilities. The breakfast was plain but good and the staff was helpful.

Disliked: Kind of pricey. Not a great location; it was too far to walk from the train station (almost 15 minutes by cab) and not very close to the center of town either.

Liked: Very clean. Staff very helpful. I don't speak much Italian but they were able to give very good directions. Clean, safe and very good overall.

Disliked: Not a good place to meet other travelers but great otherwise.

Liked: Was very clean, 5 minutes walk to a subway/underground station.Just one interchange and you reach Milan Central Station in 15 minutes.Direct bus (no60) to Milan Central Station in 25 minutes.Average Breakfast.

Disliked: Nothing in particular, but please keep in mind that elevator is not available, because it has only two floors. So if you have any problem in using stairs, ask for a ground floor room.

Liked: Set in a nice part of town. The room was also well presented.

Liked: The rooms were simple but nicely decorated, and the staff were lovely. We did have some language difficulties, as we really didn't speak italian, and they definitely didn't speak english, but they were very hospitable and we managed to understand each other on the important things in the end. The breakfasts were great - real espresso coffee. ;) , and although the hotel seems a little out of the way when you look at it on a map of the city, it's only about 20 minutes walk from the Duomo, and the transport to get there is pretty simple. Nice quiet part of town. A good choice ;)

Liked: The place is very clean. They served good coffee and hearty breakfast and the people are kind, when I arrived my teeth hurt very badly and the staff gave me a medicine and served me coffee plus a piece of cake for free. A little advice, don't take bus number 92 but take the 60 bus or tram 27 instead. You walked further but they go straight to Bronzetti or Emilia instead make go around the city for 1,5 hour.

Liked: Very well located. Friendly stuff. Very clean. I can recommend the place and I like to come again. Watch out that it is not tradeshow / Fashion week period in Milan, because they are charging double price rates.
