Liked: Good location, excellent value for money. Also clean and tidy. If you are looking for a backpacker experience and party it is probably not a place to stay, however if all you want is an affordable and clean private room close to the centre, it is a good choice.

Liked: The room itself was a very nice hotel room. We had plenty of towels. The hotel itself seemed very nice. It had good tram access.

Disliked: Triple ensuite room was hot and smelled of smoke. Because there are no other rooms of its type on the property we had no choice but to stay in it. Also, the staff was pretty useless. We tried to get information on trains to the airport the following morning or recommendations for what to do in Milan as tourists, but the girl knew absolutely nothing. They also did not store our luggage in a particularly secure location but rather behind the bar. I asked to put my passport in the safe but was told I had to wait until later.

Liked: not much

Disliked: There is one room with a direct access from the reception foyer. It is unacceptable in a 3star hotel. The acoustics is poor - you can hear every sound coming from the lobby. The staff was not helpful at first, the hotel manager solved the problem after one night (offered another room upstairs, actually with poor acoustics too).

Liked: Proper breakfasts, however they are not included (but they cost not much).

Disliked: Location is quite far from the city Center, but it is easy to get here by bus.

Liked: Friendly staff, nice room, easy transport to the center (1 tram).

Disliked: Price could be lower (although still pretty good for Milano), it takes about 20 minutes to get to the center.

Liked: Loved the free breakfast! The staff was super helpful and spoke great English. Would definitely recommend!

Disliked: A little far from the city center, but easily accessible by bus and tram.

Liked: Good prices.VERY nice and helpful staff!Very clean!Seemed to be renovated.Nice room and good places to hang clothes and things.Hair dryer.It is possible to walk to the city center in about 30 minutes and easy to find the way.Bus and tram nearby.

Disliked: It was noisy - from the street and from the entrance and reception! The door to the room was not enough isolated,so we were disturbed during the nights. The pillows were hard- it would have been good to have a softer one to choose for those who need this.

Liked: Some of the staff are Russian speaking it was convenient.

Disliked: The room was extremely small. But what do you want more for such money? Just the place to have some rest and go further.

Liked: i really liked the location.absolutely wonderful, very close to all central venues, restaurants and sightseeing places. not far from Stazione Centrale.as well as hospitality and service.very friendly and helpful stuff. very clean and nice hotel. it was my best deal - very affordable price for high rate servicewould definitely like to stay again:)

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Nice staff...free breakfast was good, croissants, yogurt, coffee, cheese, toast. Nice staff, they don't speak great english but enough to help us find the tram and food. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Very friendly staff, but only a few of them spoke English or other languages than Italian. Although it was difficult to explain your cooncern, they where very helpful to solve the problem.The Hotel was very clean and probably renewed a few years ago. It is situated in a silent street in a few tramstations away from the city centre. Around the hotel, you can find all of the stores and restaurants you need.All in all the hotel can be fully recommended to everybody who wants to have a very nice place to sleep and discover the city.

Liked: There was nothing special about this hotel, just a functional, clean, no frills hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was fine and comfortable. For value this was an excellent hotel - exactly what you need in a place to sleep for two nights. I would recommend it and would stay there again if I was back in Milan.
