Liked: Staffs were friendly :-). Owner gives us some bottles of water, because we were very thirsty when we arrived. It was kind. This place is near to underground station.
Disliked: Not every staff speak English. However it wasn´t a problem. :-) We were in room for 4 persons. From my point of view this room was too small but beds were comfortable and there wasn´t problem with hot water. One night had hotel curfew in 2 am.

Liked: I am too much disappointed to suggest anybody this structure.
Disliked: I had to spend one night in a different structure (not the one I booked) because the landlord did not properly managed the availability of the hotel Piola (overbooking issue). The substitute accommodation was situated in a completely different area, too far away from the city centre. The room was very cold and the landlord did not want to switch on the heater. Once I left the accommodation the landloard charged me 20 euro on my credit card. There were no reason to charge me but actually I should receive a discount for all troubles I had. Moreover I never allowed the 20 euros charge, I never gave him my credit cards details but he got my credit card details from HostelBookers (I am quite disappointed for this behaivour).

Liked: Good location, close to the metro and only a couple of stations from all the main attraction. Staff did not speak particularly good English, but this wasn't really a problem. Breakfast wasn't great, but as it was included in the price we couldn't complain! Room had 4 comfortable beds and there was a bathroom with a good shower and plenty of hot water, bathroom was very small, but it served its purpose! If you want a decent place to stay thats close to attractions and you're on a budget I would recommend Piola!
Disliked: Sarah left no negative feedback.
