Liked: Room was confortable and look like 3-4 stars hotels.Near hotels you can find some shops and restaurants.

Disliked: Room was unbelievably cold.Staff cant speak English and they are so arrogant.

Liked: the location is good.

Disliked: The room I stayed in was absolutely freezing. The was nice and big but the radiator was small and did not heat up the room at all.

Liked: It was the cheapest hotel we could find in Milan with reasonable location

Disliked: Breakfast is not big enough, different rooms confirmed and different on the spot, they didn't add toilette paper rolls and the hotel doesn't have air conditioning which is a hassle if you don't want to sweat all the time even in September!

Liked: location was approximately near to everything. but there were other hotels in the same location with the same price.

Disliked: Making any English conversation with them was impossible !even any single word !! Staff were not friendly at all. in general we couldn't communicate with them .

Liked: Very good location, rooms are not modern but clean and relatively big ( I stayed in a single room en suite bathroom). Staff is helpful though not everybody speaks English, but it is not a big problem. If you are not very picky and like a pleasant place to stay for a couple of days, go for it. The breakfast was very small. but later I realised it was enough for a hot Italian spring.

Disliked: The only problem was the noise from the outside street, but if you choose to live in the centre, you have to be prepared. If you are tired after sightseeing you would not notice it.

Liked: The location was the the only advantage of this hotel.

Disliked: 1) the staff couldn't speak English 2) the room was cleaned every second day

Liked: The location, it's close to Loreto station which has good connections. The staff was helpful. It seems safe and secure.

Disliked: The facilities are poor, the price was too high during my stay. The atmosphere and the breakfast is not very good.

Liked: I like in this hostel the wc into the room and the warming of the room. I love the bed.

Disliked: I didn't like the cleanliness of the room. The room have dust over the tv and the bedside tables.

Liked: Very good place to stay a few days in Milan. Very good location, 1min to tram/bus, 5mins to mentro. Calm place, good and friendly stuff (someone has problem with english), nice room (clean bathroom, everday new towels), taste breakfast included.Disadvantages: window shutter can't open, everything from neighbouring room is very loud:/
