Liked: Spacious, nice peaceful surroundings. Friendly helpful staff with good English.

Disliked: Had to pay for A/C, no safe, location poor - had to walk from transit and somewhat difficult to find. More suited for someone with a vehicle.

Liked: It was very close to the seaside

Disliked: the staff were very unhelpful and rude. there was no information provided to us when we arrived and as a result we were without air conditioning for the duration of our stay which was during mid-July. When we had a problem we were told 4 differing answers to our request and no resolution was attained.

Liked: location near to port >> good connection to ferry (only 15min by car)frozen super full with all refreshment (beer, wine, wather...)very clean bathroom.

Liked: Admosphere in the lobby was very Italian, which is enjoyable - it turned out even for Italians. The view over the hippodrome and the sea was great!

Liked: Large, confortable and quiet room with fridge, TV and bathroom. Beautiful and romantic garden outside the hotel where breakfast is served, including basin with turtles and fishes! Very nice sight seeing on the sea and the hippodrom from the rear of the hotel. Charming paintings, furnishing and decoration inside the hotel. Nice and helpful staff.

Liked: Close to the beach, 10 minutes. Wonderful garden with a lot of flowers and nice turtles. Friendly staff who gave sightseeing tips for Livorno and surroundings.

Liked: The owner and all the staf were most helpfull ,even though my italian was not good they helped me to inprove .It did help that they could speak good english .there was clean towels and bed sheets every day .Even though there was not a restuerant at the hotel they did direct us to some very good places to eat that were not over priced but was good.All in all a very nice place to stay we were made most welcome .
