Liked: Staff were very friendly, place was clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Wireless internet was slow to the point of being useless, bathroom drains smelled a bit, although bathroom was very, very clean.

Liked: The staff was very friendly though we had some trouble understanding eachother in English. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

Disliked: The room we got was very creepy. It was clearly a room that someone used to smoke in and it was not very clean. We actually feared walking around on our bare feet. There were big holes in the walls and spiderwebs with dust on them on the ceiling.

Liked: the Hotel is very close in the City Center and just a few hundred meters away from the Port.

Disliked: The Staff at the reception is very unhelpful and showed only disinterest. the room was very worn down. would stay there again if i have to catch a ferry in the morning otherwise i wouldnt

Disliked: weird salt and vinegar smell after showering/ after other rooms showered. bad ventilation i guess

Disliked: the smell in the hallway was terrible. The smell in the room was also not good, but the friendly staff, switched our room because of that.

Liked: Giappone Inn Parking Hotel situates in a very best part of Livorno, in a main street, near to ferry port and beach.Inside of hotel reminds us to old fashionable times and it was very clean, comfortable, we were satisfied with this accommodation.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Horrible hotel(hostel), it's expensive and you dont get anything for the money you payed. Sink was clogged when we arrived, and the cleaning lady simply moved the water from it. But when we tried to used it, it was clogged again, we complained but they didnt do anything. everything was dirty.

Liked: Zentrale Lage, gut zu erreichen mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof und auch gut gelegen zum Hafen (ebenfalls mit dem Bus zu erreichen, oder aber zu Fuss), für eine Weiterreise mit dem Schiff ideale Unterkunft. Da im Zentrum Geschäfte aller Art und der grosse Markt in kurzer Gehdistanz.

Liked: from the hotel it's pretty easy to get around town. the place is more like a hotel then a hostel though but we stayed just one night so it was good to get some sleep in a decent bed for once.
