Liked: Great location, next to the Principe Train Station, and in an avenue "safe" considering the narrow streets next to the old historic center.

Disliked: There are no shared rooms, and it is not a good place to get to know people. but the city has no hostels in a good location, so it is fine, but a lonely traveler might not be comfortable...

Liked: the staff went way above and beyond to accomidate me. i had to leave my bicycle there while i went and visited cinqu terre. they stored it for me free of charge. as i was traveling by myself, the owner even tried to get a date for me! all the staff were very happy and joking around. definetely stay there again if im back in genoa.

Liked: Breakfast (even though you have to pay for it). Staff. Nice and spacious rooms. A computer with free internet in the breakfast room. Close to main train station.

Liked: Single room. At first I thought it was quite small, but then again, it suited my needs, and didn't have any problems with it. Internet is advertised, and despite it being easy to do better, remains only as a guest computer, and ONE ethernet cable for laptop users. That annoyed me. As there is a constant wait of people all evening for the net. Location is SUPER, however there seem to be heaps of hotels in this same street, straight out from the Genova Nuova station. So if you're tempted to take a risk, you could probably find accom off the street. One of the staff wasn't great with directions/helpfulness, but the older guy was much better. Doors require buzzing in, which feels like boarding school, but there is a lift (albeit old). AIRCONDITIONING was a lifesaver!!! Middle of summer, and I slept like a baby. Probably justifies the rest.

Disliked: Staff were sometimes unwilling to help. Internet situation was poor. Needs wireless.

Liked: This property is very close to one of the main train stations and to the airport bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was good.
