Liked: The staff was great, they help us a lot, it was really close to the train station, and 10 or 20 minutes walk to the historical centre. The breakfast was great and i would definetely recomend it.

Liked: Close to the station literally 2 minute walk, good for waking up late and having 15 minutes to catch a train. The staff was fine, breakfast was enjoyable. Air conditioning was nice and a rare commodity in italy/.

Disliked: We tried to bring this to their attention but I didn't know the world for cock roach. We encounted 1 large cock roach the one night but it was only big to us because in canada they're rare and very small.

Liked: Breakfast blew us away, it was so good! Location was really handy too - so easy to get to from Principe railway station, and near to all the tourist spots we wanted to see. Lots and lots of free tourist info on Genoa (in many languages) too, which was brilliant. Though I would generally suggest that others skip visiting Genoa altogether unless they specifically want a city break (we were heading to Cinque Terre, and I would suggest heading straight there rather than spending a night in Genoa), I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is choosing to spend the night.

Liked: The breakfast was really good, especially when I didn't expect that it was included in the price. The staff was really nice and helpful. The location was good near the railway station but pretty far from the stores and restaurants.

Liked: They had the most incredible breakfast out of all the places we stayed in Italy. And it was complimentary. The staff was friendly and spoke English. I highly reccomend this place to anyone going to Genoa.
