Liked: Directions on Hostel Bookers are terrible- make sure you have a map before you arrive if you are going to try and find it on foot

Liked: The breakfast has a lot of variety of bread and cakes for you to choose so that you can enjoy a valuable breakfast at the hotel and it is the only item that worth the expensive price of the room.

Liked: This hotel is extremely overpriced! The staff were very unhelpful, could not speak any english and tried to overcharge us when we left so make sure you take your booking confirmation with you! The hotel looked very dodgy from the outside and was dark and unwelcoming inside, and only had a lift up to the first floor so if you have a lot of luggage its a bit of a nightmare. The bathroom had a smashed window and the bedroom absolutely stank. After staying in many hotels and hostels across Europe during my travels in the summer this hotel was, in my opinion, a complete rip off and by far the worst hotel I stayed at.

Liked: there was a hole in the wall next to the wardrobe and a squashed insect on the wall above the bed. good location but by the far the dirtiest place we stayed. there were stains on the sheets and the floor around the edges of the room and in the corners was filthy. and also, very very expensive when we went in august. cost us 80 euro.

Liked: The location is the best, just close genoa port. Its a cheap place, and enough for a night. The staff is friendlyand.....there was air condition in the room, what it was helpful in august.

Liked: Cheap for a hotel, and the breakfast was solid. However, there were no directions on the website and it was a little confusing to get there. While close to the train station, it is not in a friendly or very exciting neighborhood.

Liked: its close to the station and is a good clean B & B. the staff are particularly helpful. As long as you are looking for bed breakfast & a shower its perfect - if you want extra luxuries its the wrong place

Liked: It was pretty close to the train station which was good, and it was also close to the sea and some of the main sites. The hotel closed pretty early which meant we had to buzz to get in which is not the best idea if you want to go out and party. The room was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: It was within walking distance of the train station and relatively close to the Piazza de Ferrari and Lanterna di Genova. I walked everywhere and the weather was beautiful so it was easy to get around the city.
