Liked: Location is great, especially if you plan to travel by train - it is literally a few steps away! Breakfast is really nice and staff always smiling

Liked: The nearest hotel from the train station with quality of services, quietness, easy access by the road (despite the denivelate ! and even when your luggages are heavy), proximity with the Storical Center, the Aquarium and restaurants.

Liked: The proximity to the train station, the very helpful and friendly staff and the great breakfast. There is also free wifi in the lobby all day.

Liked: Wifi in the lobby, very quiet even though it´s located right next to the train station, the whole city is reachable within half an hour, it´s right next to the city historical center. Working climatization in rooms. Staff is willing to give advice and always treats you with courtesy. Breakfast is above average, tousts, juice, coffee, cereals, everything in a buffet form. Definitely recommended. Staff speaks English.

Disliked: The only minus is that you can hear the other rooms through the bathroom, but it wasn´t a big problem.

Liked: The staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was big with a refrigerator, a full bathroom where everything was working fine, it was neat, it had air conditioner and tv with english channels, two balconies, and a big common terrace with beautiful views, the breakfast was really hearty except for the coffe they have an automatic coffe maker. There is a parking next to it where they will charge you 17 euros for the whole day. The location is good, next to the train station but the negative factor is the noise at night.

Liked: The staff were extremely kind, the location is very convenient next to the train station and airport bus and 5 minutes walk from the interesting sites; the only problem is that Genoa itself is not that nice at night and this neighbourhood is not nice in tourist terms,,,, but it was worth the money, easy to get to and leave, and the staff were awsome.

Liked: beatiful location overlooking the city. Parking in secure garage on doorstep. Staff were helpful and bilingual. rooms were clean and airconditioned. A short walk down to the sea front.

Liked: The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. Its location near the station makes it an ideal place to stay for people visiting the cinque terra.

Liked: It is really great value for the money. It really looks more like a mini-hotel, it's close to the train station and the breakfast is very filling with a range of choices from ham and cheese to whole-grain cereals and apples.
