Liked: The friendliness of the Sandra and Roberto was second to none as was there helpfulness and advice on what to see and how. They were a vertual tour guide from our room.

Liked: I faced only some shortcomings wrt breakfast....and not too much fun place there ...rest was excellent....particularly the staff Roberto and Sandrina are very kind and polite

Liked: The location of the hotel is fine (in the heart of Florence), near all museums and attractions.The room we had had a kitchen which was fantastic! The breakfast is included in the price. Also, there is a free access to internet! Staff is nice and very helpfull (they give you a map, and they helped us without hesitation in finding a supermarket around).Rooms are clean.

Liked: Right in the centre of Florence, not too expensive, but also not very beuatiful - we had a double room which was alright, but small and not very comfortable.
