According to the City Council , from 01/07/2011 the City of Florence will introduce a new Tourist Tax, the cost will be €1 (Euro) per person per night and is compulsory for all guests.

***POLICY***
Guests can cancel or change their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival and only via e-mail. Deposits paid are non refundable.
We will charge the entire amount.

P.S:
It is important to confirm by email or phone your arrival time, especially when you arrive after 22:00.
If you change your schedule or you just don't remember the time you wrote on your reservation, you must contact us urgently, especially if you arrive around 22:00 and 24:00 (the last check-in is at 23:30) otherwise you will not be able to check in because there will be no one.
