Liked: was 5 minutes walk from the city center,the hospitality was excellent and mr mohament and his family was there to advise us for everything.the room was warm as the water and was too clean.

Disliked: ioannis left no negative feedback.

Liked: perfect. Couldn't be better!!!! Kindly owner, perfect room, nice location.... Everything is exellent. It's really really true. Don't hesitate when you choose a hostel. I really recommend this hotel. Cheap but, value is more than money. Good good!!

Liked: Very friendly staff. The room is clean, nice furnished and quiet. It is the best hostel we live in among the four Italian cities.

Disliked: No lift~

Liked: well easy to find.Close to rain station.Nice couple owns and they manage the hotel.They were very helpfull.Clean rooms and nice place to stay for the money that you paid.Actually we stayed one night with my wife and there was no problem about this place.

Disliked: Nothing to say.As i said before me and my wife stayed one night and there was no problem.

Liked: The people who own this hotel are just amazing! They help you plan your stay in Florence and give great recommendations. Simple, yet clean rooms in a great location!

Liked: The staff was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed plus details about the city and sightseeing. Wonderful people.

Disliked: No lift. So it was little difficult to access with all luggage as it is on 2nd floor.

Liked: located near the train station. nice stairs up to the second floor. Felt very safe. Very c lean. Staff was quite friendly and helpful,both in suggestions, directions, and in reservations. Paola (concierge) and Mohammad (owner) couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, in our opinion. One Star hotel (which means in Florence) daily service, air, bath in the room, but no breakfast. Really enjoyed the hotel.

Disliked: The shower in the room was exceedingly small, so had to use the toilette down the hall which had a larger shower.

Liked: It was cheap, the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and informative.

Disliked: Bathroom was very small, uncomfortable (springy) mattress, very noisy at night. p.s. dont eat at pizzeria nerone. it may be cheap but the pizza aint good.

Liked: The hotel is very nice.

Disliked: Should specific the address clearer because the house system in this city has 2 systems; red and black, so it'll be confuse the traveller. Anyway, the location of this hotel is still excellent.

Liked: Most things. It's a pretty, quiet and friendly little hotel. The owners were lovely and very helpful. They sent me a message with good directions to the hotel and didn't mind staying up till late when it turned out our flight was delayed. The room was very quiet and clean and the location - very central.

Disliked: Tiny shower! you could hardly turn around in the cabin. No Internet connection in the room. It disappeared somewhere mid-corridor.

Liked: The owners, Poalo and Mohamed plus their son are beautiful people, they really seem to enjoy their family business. I loved their towels, they were like big tea towels, sensible and useful. I wanted to buy some. Also, the family helped heaps with information. I will stay again for sure. Also spotless.

Liked: The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and close to tourist site and near the train station.

Disliked: The hotel is located on the 2nd floor. It was a bit of a problem carrying your luggage up the stairs if you have big luggage. There is no lift. The shower cubicle is extremely small. It would be good if the hotel could put up a sign saying Hotel Nella instead of an Italian name on the buzzer. Airconditioning was turn on the whole night but was not very cold. It was cold when we first arrive.
