Liked: The owner is very kind and alwaysgive us a good place and give the advice to us, moreover, the room is warm and cozy bed , so it's a valuable for money

Liked: the staffs are really friendly. the location is very near to the main train station.

Disliked: the bathroom...the shower is too small.. I can't barely move.. and we need to go outside to get the wifi internet connection. but overall I am satisfied.

Liked: Great location, very friendly staff.

Disliked: I would like it a lot better if they included breakfast, but other than that, our room was very small. And the reviews are not kidding when they say a small shower. You literally can't even have the soap in the shower with you because it's literally probably a foot by a foot wide. It's not impossible though, and I would hope this would not turn you away from a great stay. Overall highly recommend, and I would stay again!

Liked: The family-owned business is friendly and helpful. They made us feel instantly welcome and were genuinely lovely. Although the facilities are pretty basic, it makes up for it in location and competent staff. I would 100% use Hotel Nella again if I was to go back to Florence.

Disliked: There was nothing really to dislike, apart from the fact that the shower is very small, but it does the job and it provides a small challenge in the morning. There's not much to complain about.

Liked: The welcoming lady and Son were so kind, helpful, and friendly. We are thankful to them for their hospitality and great tips about places to go and visit.

Liked: It is located very near to the train station and all tourist spots are within walking distance.

Disliked: We had a hard time trying to find the hostel as there were 2 numbers on all the properties. The reception guys told us later that you have to look for the number in either black or red(i can't remember) so be sure to confirm with the hostel before going there.

Liked: Everything touristy is within walking distance, the staff is super nice, and the room was excellent.

Disliked: I thought it was a little difficult to find it - there isn't a big sign for it and the street numbers can be confusing since there are two kinds up. Also, google maps didn't have it in the correct spot which made looking it up beforehand somewhat futile.

Liked: Great location and great staff. The people who run it are very friendly and keep it very clean. Great value and location for the money.

Disliked: Little loud out by the street in the morning.

Liked: Good location, big rooms, very friendly and helpful staff

Disliked: Extremely tiny shower!! Size is not such a big deal but the main problem is unsufficient amount of water coming from tap, besides there was no hot water in the morning.

Liked: Hotel Nella is really well located - close to the train station and easy to find yet on a quiet street so we were not disturbed at all. The family who run the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hostess in particular took the time to help welcome us to the city. The room was fine, everything you could want really and great value for money.

Liked: was 5 minutes walk from the city center,the hospitality was excellent and mr mohament and his family was there to advise us for everything.the room was warm as the water and was too clean.

Liked: perfect. Couldn't be better!!!! Kindly owner, perfect room, nice location.... Everything is exellent. It's really really true. Don't hesitate when you choose a hostel. I really recommend this hotel. Cheap but, value is more than money. Good good!!

Liked: Very friendly staff. The room is clean, nice furnished and quiet. It is the best hostel we live in among the four Italian cities.

Liked: well easy to find.Close to rain station.Nice couple owns and they manage the hotel.They were very helpfull.Clean rooms and nice place to stay for the money that you paid.Actually we stayed one night with my wife and there was no problem about this place.

Liked: The people who own this hotel are just amazing! They help you plan your stay in Florence and give great recommendations. Simple, yet clean rooms in a great location!

Liked: The staff was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed plus details about the city and sightseeing. Wonderful people.

Disliked: No lift. So it was little difficult to access with all luggage as it is on 2nd floor.
