Liked: Large rooms, clean. Noto was very friendly and nice.

Disliked: Shared bathroom means public bathroom/shower for everyone in the hotel. Luckily we were there in off season, so there was nobody else staying there until the last day. Everything is very basic.

Liked: Friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. Location of the hostel. Extremely clean and everything stated is fulfilled. I would recommend it to anyone for whom, modern look of bedroom and bathroom are not an essential . If you arrive by car, two garages are nearby, and if you mention that you are guests from hostel they will give you a discount.

Disliked: Photos made the property ​​to look much more modern than it is. At first, we were surprised, but when we check and see that all it works, we stoped to pay attention to these details.

Liked: I loved this hostel. The owner (an old man) reminded me of my grandpa, he is so sweet. He brought us fruit when we arrived and made our beds everyday. Would 100% stay here again. It was so safe, great location and so clean. He washed everything and there was hot water.

Liked: The owner is very sweet and the room we stayed in was huge with a terrace, nice place for the money but nothing fancy.

Disliked: no shower in room but it wasnt a problem for us

Liked: The hostel was exactly as described basic and simple but cheap and good value for money. The man running the place was very helpful.

Disliked: The wifi signal was very weak and only really worked near the front door,

Liked: The owner was very friendly and though not the most modern of accommodation it was very clean and the shower was powerful and always warm. The location was excellent, really close to all the main sights.

Disliked: It's a bit of a walk up the stairs but nothing that really distracted from the excellent standard of the overall standard.

Liked: Lovely, happy man at reception. We had a cute balcony and massive room. Location was also great.

Disliked: No aircon and seven flights of stairs :(

Liked: Very kind and helpful owner. It was quiet and cosy place where was very nice to stay. Definitely recommend!

Liked: The extreme friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The very well localisation of the hotel close to the historic city center.

Disliked: The great difficulty to join the hotel with a car without getting penality.

Liked: You get what you pay for. The on-site staff is super friendly and very helpful, though English is limited we managed. Room was cleaned daily and the sink in the bedroom helped.

Disliked: The adjacent Backpackers courtyard is very noisy and it was too hot to close the window with no a/c or fan. It was more so that I was jealous we didn't have such a nice area to hang out in.

Liked: Staying at this hostel was like staying with your grandpa! Such a cute, nice man. He made our beds every morning and ensured that we were having a good time. The location is great too, via Faenza is only a short walk from the Duomo and other main attractions. Definitely recommend it!!

Disliked: No kitchen, so couldnt cook. Also, no late night socializing in the lobby.

Liked: The host was very friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient - just a 3 minute walk to the cathedral of florence, and also 3 minutes to the train station.

Disliked: nothing - everything was fine!

Liked: The hostel was run by an adorable old Italian man. He was so happy to see us whenever we walked through the door and more than willing to help us with everything we needed. The rooms were cleaned daily and one of our rooms had an absolutely gorgeous view of the city. There were plenty of bathrooms and it truly felt more like a home than a youth hostel.

Disliked: It was on the top floor. Sooooo many stairs.
