Liked: It was cheap, but we got what we paid for.

Disliked: I felt really unsafe about the key system. They make everyone leave the room keys in a public area, so anyone could grab the keys and get into your room and your stuff. Also the shared shower's drain didn't work and we had to mop up the water that soaked all our clothes. The wifi doesn't work in all rooms like it says, and they offer basically nothing other than a bed and roof. There was also heavy construction work outside our room for the two nights and we had no sleep.

Liked: the location was great, 2 min walk to the station and the centre of town

Disliked: the computer was broken so no internet and the staff were not very helpful or polite, no kitchen only the privet kitchen that was out of bounds to the guests, which i found to be very uncomfortable, especially when you need to get boiled water to make coffee, they also dont provide breakfast and only have a microwave for the guests to use. also not the cleanest rooms or bathroom, was very simple and was located in the back streets

Liked: The location was fantastic. Even though we paid for 'dorm' we had private room. The staff was very friendly.

Disliked: Nothing really. There very loads of mosquitoes, but that is not the hostel's fault.

Liked: Fabulous location in a great neighborhood. You can walk anywhere that you need and there are delicious restaurants right down the street. I fell in love with Florence here.

Disliked: Everything was great, except for the BED BUGS. Beware.

Liked: Location

Disliked: Stay away! 3 of the 5 beds in our room were crawling with bed bugs and when we got to the next city we had to wash everything- we still aren't sure we are free from them yet. The Owners are is denial!!

Liked: The staff is helpful. The shower, wifi and location were all good.

Disliked: no lockers in my room, no fans either. I later learned some rooms had both! If you face the main street, it is incredibly loud starting very early in the morning.

Liked: The staff were very helpful at directing us where to go and what to do. they also recommended us very good local restaurants to eat.

Disliked: listen to me and do not book this hostel. it is infested with bed bugs. every bed is crawling with bugs at night. Im surprise that nobody else complained about this until now after rereading old reviews. My roommates and I spent a whole night killing them and did not get any sleep. After three long nights, we are all covered with 87+ coin sized bug bites After letting the staff know, the staff did not seem very concern and did not do anything to solve this issue. They in fact ignore the issue and put new travelers into the same beds. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL unless you like being eaten alive. The price is cheap, but save that money and go book better place.

Liked: owner was very friendly, other people staying there were friendly as well, cheap, VERY close to train station and the center of firenze

Disliked: not very clean, no individual bathrooms, on a main street so is loud at night

Liked: Actually we didn't like, just the location is quite good.

Disliked: We couldn't get out deposit back, in the morning, when we left the hostel, wasn't somebody, at the reception, to take the keys or give our deposit.

Disliked: i been here 3days,i can not sleep well because have so many bed bugs and also have the noise from outside @ 4:00 AM everyday.

Liked: Close to train station.

Disliked: There are no lockers, and the rooms are mixed gender (I am a female in my 20s and one of my roommates in the triple room was a middle aged man). They do not gender match, or age match the people in the rooms.

Liked: It was in easy walking distance to some of the good places in Florence.

Disliked: The street nearby can be very noisy and make it hard to get to sleep.

Disliked: The rooms facing the street are extremely noisy. There are only mixed dorms. no possibility of locking anything.

Liked: We really enjoyed the location of this hostel. We also liked that we didn't have to have bunk beds. There were three people to a room, which was also nice. Staff was friendly and professional. Good value for the money, we'd definitely recommend it to other budget travelers.

Disliked: Our room was next to a very noisy street -- for us, it was impossible to sleep past 7am. The lack of lockers could be a problem, but they were accommodating.

Liked: When I travel it's important for me to sleep well and have a shower- the rest of my time I spend outside, so Armonia was perfect for me- close to the train station as well as to the old town :) I recommend it!

Disliked: Maby it will be nice if there's a small kitchen and using shower is possible also after 11pm ;) But the rest is ok
