Liked: Central location , near railway station and city centre , quiet and clean

Disliked: We had booked two single rooms , but when we arrived at 12 midnight our rooms had been given to other people and we were asked to share a double bed ( we are two 70 year old men and had certainly never shared a bed . We refused and they agreed to make seperate beds , so we sharted a room the first night . There was no offer on settling the bill to charge us for a double room for the first night , so we paid for two single rooms for the whole stay . The also was acharge of 20 Euros for " local tax " on settling the bill

Liked: Hotel Angelica is a clean little hotel with friendly staff. I liked the location - near the railway station and not far from historical city centre.

Disliked: Nothing - everything was perfect

Liked: Great place for couples and older people, wouldn't recommend it for young singles as it's a bit dull. And while there is no curfew you do feel bad keeping the older couple up if your out late.

Disliked: Not having a key to The street entrance and the lady was not as friendly as last time we stayed, we felt like we were inconvenience to her at times.

Liked: The place was full so the owner took us to a place up the road, which turned out to be fine. No change in price.

Liked: Hotel was 1 street away from Train station and 15 mins walk from the centre of Florence. Run by an elderly couple who are warm and friendly and dont mind helping out with advice etc about florence. The hotel has an honest rating and we would stay there again in a flash.

Liked: The hotel has a great location next to the train station and the elderly couple that run it are very friendly, helpful, and they make sure you are comfortable. I would recomend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Florence and for families or couples.

Liked: The couple who run this place were lovely and really helpful. Great location near the train station, the private double ensuite is fantastic and they have free internet as well. Breakfast was great as well. Refreshing to have friendly staff to welcome us!

Liked: The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was that there was a curfew, so if you want to explore Florence at night, that might hinder your experience a bit.

Liked: Staying here was like coming home - the family who run the hotel could not have been more helpful. They suggested tours & they even gave me a hug when i left. The location is perfect, very close to central station & only a heartbeat from the markets & Duomo. Cleanliness was A1. It's the one thing I insist on at any place I stay & it was perfect. Would recommend to even the fussiest traveller.

Liked: The room was clean and modern with good air conditioning. The breakfast was lovely. The owners were helpful and proud of their little hotel which made the stay a bit more personal.
