Liked: The air conditioning in the room, the facilities
Disliked: Not enough information regarding activities and events in the area, there are no shops within a few kilometres, and no room service after 10pm so if you're arriving late make sure that you've eaten beforehand.

Liked: Staff exceeded expectations - they were very friendly and made me feel very special and looked after. I could'nt have asked for better service. The property was outside of Como however it was a cheap bus ride into Como and had a lovely view over the mountains.
Disliked: The taxi ride to get there was overpriced, otherwise everything was okay. (The taxi was my own choice after arriving by train),
