The best way to reach the Loft Hotel is by car:

Take the A21 Turin – Piacenza motorway to the Manerbio exit. The hotel is located around 1km away from the motorway exit. Once you exit in Manerbio, follow the main road outside the motorway, at the first roundabout keep the right and take Via San Martino del Carso.
Keep driving and you will head a second round abut, from here, after 500 meters, you will see the Hotel Loft on your right hand side.
