It was so inexpensive and the staff were so nice! We had wifi in the rooms, a private bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a wonderful breakfast in the morning for 23 euro. The hotel itself is nicely…

Overview

Location is one of the strengths point of our hotel. A real friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

A refined setting that is comfortable and unusual in every detail.
For those who don’t want to renounce the quiet and warm atmosphere of home.

We are just a few minutes far from the centre, in the middle of a pretty green corner, far from the traffic, but in a strategic location, close to the railway station and to the Fair district.

We pay a particular attention to the breakfast, trying to create a pleasant moment in an elegant and peculiar setting, where the delights of our buffet and the hot drinks we serve will cosset your awakening…a perfect way for a good start.

Modern furniture, bright and original colours which create a lively and harmonic combination together with the care of details.
Single, double and triple bedrooms all with bathroom. Rooms with disabled facilities are available.

Please note if you have booked a room during one of the below period and you wish to cancel it you must do it 15 days before arrival otherwise we will charge you for full stay:

Normally cancellation must be done 2 days before arrival. For delays and no show we will charge for full stay.

Location Information

The strategic location is one of the strengths of our hotel.
We are just a few steps far from the heart of the city: after fifteen minutes walking or three bus stops (n. 27- every 5 minutes) you will reach the Town Centre.
The Railway Station is 800 Mt. far from the hotel, very close to the Fair Centre and the Palazzo dei Congressi (1 km), 200 Mt. far from the Racecourse.
We are about 800 Mt. far from Villa Erbosa clinic and 1 Km far from the CNR (National Research Centre).
The hotel is easy to be reached by car from the “Tangenziale” (beltway), Exit n° 6 – Centre direction (1 Km).
