Liked: O hotel (prédio, construção) em si é muito bom.

Disliked: NÃO RECOMENDO!! Hotel MUITO longe de Bolonha, na verdade fica em outra cidade. A única forma de chegar lá é de ônibus, e este só funciona até as 20 horas. O hotel fica em uma estrada escura, é perigoso na hora de descer do ônibus. O hotel pratica vários valores de diárias. Se vc reserva pelo site do hotel é um preço, pelo hostelbookers é outro, e pessoalmente é mais caro. E o recepcionista do hotel insiste em falar q não sabe nada sobre as outras taxas, tentando fazer você pagar mais caro. Então se for ficar nesse hotel, reserve pela internet. Eu quis cancelar minha reserva pois aconteceu um imprevisto e eu não poderia mais viajar pra Bolonha, mas eles disseram q seria impossível cancelar. Passaram meu cartão de crédito, com o valor das duas diárias. Mudei de idéia e viajei pra Bolonha. Chegando no hotel me disseram q minha reserva estava cancelada. E ainda assim a minha reserva estava errada. Eram 3 quartos e ele só tinnha 2. Serviço muito confuso.

Liked: Can't say enough bad things about this Hotel. They tried charging me for the breakfast when it was clearly stated on the site at the time that it was included (they've since corrected the "error" on the site because of me). If you want to actually use the wifi you have to pay 17 Euros/day for it. Completely ridiculous. There were fleas around my bed, the front desk reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was told by a man where the breakfast is served that it runs till 11. Then the next day I came in at 10:25 and the man who was running the breakfast through a hissy fit because of my timing...he then proceeded to stomp his feet and act as if he were God. The location is absolutely terrible and in the middle of the woods...you have to take a bus for 25 minutes to reach the city. 1 night i missed the last bus back to the hotel (20:30) and had to pay a cab 20 Euros to get back. Worst hotel/hostel experience in my travels yet. Don't stay here!

Liked: Very Litlle. It is far from Bologna. With one bus that only runs untill about 7pm. The receptionist was rude. Was badly lit place. With a fat cat that needed a wash. We filled out a suggestions card and left it in the room. The maid took it without our permission. Breakfast was not included.

Liked: On the countryside of Bologna, 20-30 min. Away from downtown, AND fleas in the Bad!!!!! Very Bad service..... 4 Star are absolt too mutch...breakfast horrible... and Restaurant very expensive
