Liked: Clean room

Disliked: Staff were rude and difficult. On arrival the lady in reception insisted on keeping our passports for an hour, but when we returned 10 minutes later she had them sitting very insecurely to one side of her desk and there was no explanation for why she needed to keep them. She was even rude when I asked why. When have you are travelling your passport is your most important document so it is very unnerving when someone asks to have it for any length of time. No other place we stayed at made this request. It is because of the service we experienced with this lady that we would never recommend this place to others.

Liked: it is very clean, they change the towels almost every day, it is safe and quite near of the city center

Liked: Clean, helpful staff, reasonable prices. Although rooms are very small they have all necessary amenities such as fridge, AC etc

Liked: it's quite near the city center, only 15-20 minutes walking, and it has a bus stop next to it so you could take a bus if you want (1€) central heating, towels, breakfast available, 24 hour reception...

Disliked: in my opinion it's a bit expensive because you can find the same accomodation for less money in other cities

Liked: It is a luxe, neath and clean hotel and therefore you feel very comfortable staying and sleeping there. This is special, as the price is cheap.Also its great you can get in 24 hours a day.

Disliked: You can not meet people here. This is not a hostel actually. More like a hotel. Sometimes the staff is not so friendly.

Liked: The hostel is located on a large ground with outdoor seating, basketball hoop, hang out areas, and a cafeteria with a small free breakfast. There are large lockers included for free in the price. Wi-fi costs a few euros for 12 hours of access (12 hours from your first sign in till the expiration)

Disliked: If you are taking public transit, this property is challenging to reach especially if you arrive on a Sunday. Two bus lines with different pickup points handle different times of day. None of these run much past midnight if you are planning to stay out in the city, and on Sunday's they are only about every two hours. During the week they are better, one every half hour or so.

Liked: the property was really clean, and the room awesome.

Disliked: the staffs don't speak a good english, a good french either. We had to walk like 30min from the train station, and be carefull, the don't tell you anything but take the money from your count. In the other hostels where I slept they proceed other ways.

Liked: The breakfast was cheap and good. Room was quiet and had a decent view. Good clean ensuite.

Disliked: The room smelled disgusting when we arrived - they obviously let people smoke in there.

Liked: It was easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go in Bologna, and it was the least expensive option for that area. It was also nice and clean, quiet and private.

Liked: Weren't clear about breakfast being additional. Two single beds doesn't make a double. Room was very hot. Good location, staff was OK.

Liked: Hotel is quite close to the city center - locatin / price comparison is the most valuable thing at this hotel. The staff was relatively nice, not really english - speaking, but enought for the basic service. You pay for the wi - fi internet access - 1,5 EUR per hour. In Your room, You find a sign: If a breakfast stuff will be found in Your room, it will be charged to Your bill (or something like that).
