Disliked: a bit far from the center if you're walking around. that's the only downside. not that much of a problem, though.

Liked: Quite good location-easy to walk to from the city center. Nice and clean rooms with bathroom, good breakfast and really nice and helpful staff.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: just usual lowcost hotel

Disliked: It is very difficult to get to city center. 10-15min on foot to bus station, which runs every 20-25 minutes only. Then 20-30 minutes on bus.

Liked: Relatively cheap, and a decent room to use as a base in Bologna

Disliked: First of all, the staff is extremely unhelpful - they act like they're doing you a favor helping you, even if it's just explaining how to get into the downtown from the somewhat further out hotel. They also barely speak English - obviously it's a foreign country so you can't expect everyone to speak English, butyou'd think at a place trying to cater to American tourists, they'd hire people who can speak English! Second, when I complained about the air conditioning (it was barely making it warmer than outside - I was sweating all night the first night), the staff didn't really want to help. Once I got them upstairs, he just says "No, it's ok! It's ok!" Pretty sure I'm the customer and I'm saying it's not ok. Then, they refused to even find a fan so at least I'd have that.

Liked: Value for money and breakfast included to the price. Absolutelly good!

Disliked: Our window was to the train rail, so it was a bit noisy at night.

Liked: The price

Disliked: The distance between the hotel and the city center. Even if there are buses ! To find the hotel is very tricky !!!

Liked: Good size bathroom and room.

Disliked: the fridge in room didn't work properly and I had to ask twice for the problem to be resolved. The TV in my room was not connected and not mounted on it's wall mount when I arrived and the staff were unaware of this.

Liked: Great rooms for the price

Disliked: Air conditioning stopped working during the day and the room very quickly heated up unbearably to hotter than it was outside! Receptionist when we arrived wasn't very welcoming. Pretty far out of Bologna but bus is easy to use and frequent.

Liked: The breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful! The rooms were very clean and the you were provided fresh towels every day!

Disliked: The instructions on how to get there were terrible, if I were to follow them I would of hit a dead end! I suggest getting a cab, then you can get your barings! It is really easy but the instructions are not specific enough. They were also doing construction, which they did not mention, every morning at 8:30 a sledge hammer was pounded into the wall!

Liked: Worth the money, clean.

Disliked: 40 min away from the city center. The receptionist was not very friendly.

Liked: Good place to stay if you have an early flight from Bologna airport. Clean, bathroom great, great shower. Staff are lovely and speak good enough English.

Disliked: Hotel is near flight path and railway which can be a bit noisy

Liked: The price of around 38euros for one night in a double bedroom ensuite was very good for the type of room provided. The fact that we had a TV, A/C and buffet breakfast included was a great bonus.

Disliked: The hotel is a bit out of the way if you want to spend time inthe historic centre rather than on the outskirts.

Liked: It's more than PERFECT! for its price, clean and nice place! The staff is great! Breakfast is awesome!

Disliked: The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it is a little bit far from down-town of Bologna. You have to get off the bus 25 on its 7th stop.

Liked: Very good price for a 3 star hotel, nice lobby.

Disliked: Staff was not that friendly most of the time, the breakfast was a bit disappointing, you have to pay for the internet and the location is impossible to find without a taxi.

Liked: Safe, clean, good value for money.

Disliked: VERY rude staff, didnt give us the time of day from the moment we walked in the door wearing backpacks. If you dont want us there then dont advertise on hostel bookers? The 2 ladies behind the desk had a sour face on the whole stay and didnt know what customer service meant.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing and included! It is basically a very good value-for-money hotel- very welcome change from friends' floors and hostels (about the same price in this season).

Disliked: It's a long way out of the city centre, but if you consider the lack of any hostels in the centre and that it is close to a bus stop which goes both to the main station and city centre, and its value for money it is definitely worth considering.
